Research And Analysis Of The Fixed Asset Management System Of Yunnan Vocational College Of Economics, Trade And Foreign Affairs

With the rapid development of computer technology,the structural scale of vocational colleges has gradually increased,there have been more layers of structure,and also the business activities has become more and more complex.In recent years,the government has vigorously developed private education,as a result,the private colleges and universities have gained the rapid development,the scale of assets have increased dramatically,and its composition has becoming more and more complicated,which it has been more difficult to manage.Especially with the integration of the enrollment expansion,college&enterprise cooperation projects and the related management work inside the school,it is raised the higher and higher demand for logistics management,especially for the campus asset management.The development of information technology provides the corresponding technical support for the development and application of fixed asset management system software,which can help the higher vocational colleges to manage the fixed assets scientifically.The thesis analyzes the fixed assets management system of Yunnan Economic Trade and Foreign Affairs College from the three perspectives.It firstly analyzes the research history or current reality,then emphasizes the significance of the project and present situation of research and application,lastly state clearly again clearly what this research to do,what are the main work.Besides,in order to comb the business of fixed asset management in Yunnan Economic Trade and Foreign Affairs College,this thesis carries on the demand analysis and the system design through the object-oriented method,and uses the pattern of UML to construct the model.During the analysis of business,this thesis firstly made a comparison of advantages and disadvantages for the manual management of fixed assets,and analyzed the college organizational composition and its original business process when the college does not have a fixed asset management system.Later,it describes the business process of fixed asset management when it is optimized through application of computer information technology.In the functional analysis,it is necessary to draw the use case diagram,and then use the case to conduct a detailed description.In order to know the function of the system,the system's overall function package chart must be drawn first which conclude all sub-function package chart.The data analysis must be based on the analysis of the system to learn the function of how the data to be dealt with,and why such a deal happens.By drawing the entity class diagram,the database table is obtained according to the entity class data relationship attributes.Finally,the thesis drawer the conclusion and put forward the anticipation for the future development.Through the electronic information technology and communication technology for the digital management of the Yunnan Economic Trade and Foreign Affairs College,the need of fixed asset management have been basically met.
