Research And Analysis Of The Small-scale Football Field Rental System Of Donglu Sports Center

Soccer ball is one of the most widespread and influential sports in the world,also it is rather popular in China.There are four small outdoor soccer fields in Donglu Sports Center,which are built recently.As business growing,the disadvantage of inefficiency of traditional telephone booking is gradually highlighted.How to improve the management level and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the customers,becomes the problem that desperately needs to be solved by the manager.This paper has illustrated an optimized process of the mini soccer pitch lease which supports the customers freely choosing the playing floor and time for quick bookings and unsubscribe,combining with the cellphone APP,through the study and analysis of the mini soccer pitch management system of Donglu Sports Center.The customers are allowed to play as free combination,besides it provides bag storage service and referee service to the customers.At the same time,the pattern of payment includes WeChat,Alipay or other third party payment,which improves the fee payment process of Donglu Sports Center.This management system provides a great convenience to the customers of soccer activities and enhances the management level of soccer pitch management.By analyzing the business issues and management requirements of small soccer field of Donglu Sports Center,this paper has reengineered the original business process.Through the application of case description and analysis,this paper has summarized the different roles and functions of soccer field lease.Through the embodiment of function packages that include reservation cancellation,team competition,bag storage,soccer game,payment,membership management,business management,system settings and other functional modules,the whole soccer field management system is supported by the design of static system diagram and database structure.
