The network management center of Baoshan technician institute is mainly responsible for deal with network technology,the management of the school website,school news and video image information upload management,school of major events and news photography and the post-processing editing,recording the backbone teachers,young teachers public class excellent courses of teaching and research section of video,film of training practice data,etc.Under the background of merger expand and upgrade of the school,it is important to promote school through the image information of images of filming,editing,use systematic management,and later to download storage,retrieval.Based on the actual condition of Baoshan technician institute,this paper developed a set of suitable image management system.Firstly,we introduced the background and basis of Baoshan technician institute image management system,and the current research status of image management system,the aim of this system development and the significance of college development,and we also proposed the main work and content.Through communicating with the potential system users,we confirmed the purpose of design and usage requirements of the system.Based on the research method of object oriented,management system accomplished the needs analysis which include business,functions and data analysis.The paper analyses the main problems of existing image management mode and the existing business process,then proposed the concrete transformation measures.In the function analysis,the system adopts the method of case analysis.In the process of analysis and research,the paper using modular method to design the system functions of the overall package diagram and the package diagram,including a series of image management function module which mainly including the application management,image editing,video catalog and storage,image using,basic information and system management functions.In data analysis,analysis the data related in the image management system,established the entity class diagram,provided the database tables.Finally,this paper has done the summary of research and development work,put forward the development system to the next step of work.
