Research And Analysis On The Project Management System Of Music Practice In Nanchang Normal University

The Music Department of Nanchang Normal University which originates from Jiangxi Education Institution, is one of the most important teaching units, with twenty-five-year history. For a long time, the department has paid more attention to students’art practice, which is an essential one of teaching part and an important touchstone used to test the teaching effect. What’s urgent at present is how to improve the management level of art practical project, to perfect the method of management, to enhance the work efficiency of management. Therefore, in order to realize the information-based management of the whole process, it is greatly imperative to research and analyze the management system of the art practical project.Taking the art practical management system business in the Music Department of Nanchang Normal University to be the object of research, the paper put forward to build the three-dimensional management system based on B/S mode, to create software mode of the art practical project management system. This paper analyzes in detail the need of the art practical management system business in the Music Department of Nanchang Normal University, including mainly the business analysis and functional requirements of the management in application, evaluation, project approval, track, and concluding. Next, according to the demand analysis, the essay designs the overall system structure and module of the art practice management system business and analyzes its Processing Flow Chart, System and User Case Diagram, System and Subroutine Package Diagram. Besides, the paper states in detail the designing content and describes the database through the entity relationship diagram (e-r chart) and the database table structure. It also discusses the backgrounds of the thesis researching and the main design ideology and significance of the art practice management system business, analyzes the current development phase and research situation of the art practice management at home and abroad, proposes the construction method conforming to the reality of the art practice management in the Music Department of Nanchang Normal University.Through analyzing and designing the art practice management system in Music Department of Nanchang Normal University, the department will develop the new system which meets the need of expansion of scale after it upgrades to a4-year college and adapts to the situation of the art practical development. When such a set of system is carried out effectively, it will help further improve the management mode, update the means, strengthen the specification to realize the scientific and standardized management of the art practice and more importantly, to promote the work efficiency and service of the art practical management. All these measures will promote the level of informatization of the art practical management in the Music Department of Nanchang Normal University.
