Aduio signal is the most concise and effective means for human communication,but the audio signals are easily mixed with noise in the transmission process. the noiseinterference will severely affect the quality of the audio signal, and will produce ahuge interference following the audio signal processing such as endpoint detectionaudio recognition, audio synthesis, audio coding, Therefore, the audio signal withnoise denoising become a most important issue in modern digital signal processing,wavelet denoising with its local features and multi-resolution become a hot area indigital signal processing. With the constant breakthroughs in semiconductortechnology research and development, system based on SOPC solutions for itsprogrammability, design flexibility, reductive, scalability, you can upgrade featuressuch as no doubt become the era of electronic design technology of the mostrepresentative be applied in many fields. Wavelet de-noising technology is no longerconfined to the use of computer simulation design, software implementation andalgorithm improvement, we can integrate wavelet denoising with FPGA, ASIC, DSPhardware design platform,it make wavelet denoising become hardware and practical.This system is designed and achieved on the basis of the DE2platform, we canselect the appropriate wavelet basis function, decomposition level, threshold,threshold functions by reviewing wavelet and wavelet denoising of knowledge andtechnology, make use of MATLAB tools to create wavelet denoising software modelto obtain the wavelet threshold denoising key parameters of the information, we usethis information to complete the design of the wavelet threshold denoising module byusing the DSP Builder software, MDL files will be designed after the analysis,synthesis, conversion into hardware design files, to complete the design of thresholddenoising module. Then use the SOPC Builder tool to build the solution based on thethe SOPC audio acquisition system by self-defined threshold denoising interfaceperipherals threshold denoising module grafted onto the SOPC system, complete thehardware design of the system as a whole, and then using the Nios II IDE tool designsoftware program.The core content of the paper is in the following areas:(1) wavelet analysis andwavelet denoising theory is used to explain how to use the FIR filter and extract theinterpolation unit constructed biorthogonal wavelet filter banks.(2) the design selection of the threshold, the threshold function given by the theoretical descriptionand performance comparison, the decomposition level, wavelet basis function.(3)audio and audio configuration module are established by the SOPCBuilder software,then modules are used to construct audio acquisition system.(4) link thresholddenoising module and audio acquisition system by using self-defined thresholddenoising interface peripheral, hardware denoising function of the frequency signalwith noise.(5) use MATLAB software to analyze the threshold denoisingperformance by hardware mode.
