In 1975,Professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi,an American psychologist,first put forward the FLOW,which refers to the pleasurable,joyful,and positive psychological experience people get when they devote themselves to an activity.Research shows that the experience of flow is universal and we all have the opportunity to experience it.However,most of the existing research on flow experience focuses on the field of competitive sports and aims to promote high level performance of athletes.However,in the field of sports teaching,college tennis beginners also need to find a way to stimulate their flow experience to promote their skills.In the flow experience model,students' subjective experience is particularly emphasized,which finds support from psychology for teaching design.When teachers use inclusive or differentiated teaching methods instead of command or direct teaching,students will be more involved.Heuristic teaching focuses on students as the main body,and emphasizes "knowing yourself" in the process.Under the guidance of teachers,the ontological perception of technical actions can be acquired through self-exploration and peer assistance.Heuristic teaching emphasizes students' subjective experience,so it is related to fluency experience to explore the influence of heuristic teaching on college students' tennis beginners' flow experience.According to the connotation characteristics of heuristic teaching,44 students in the first grade tennis elective class of Nanjing Normal University were used as experimental subjects,22 students in the experimental group were used heuristic teaching,22 in the control group were taught by traditional teaching methods,and the techniques of forward and backhand batting were taught.Liu Weina's revised fluency experience scale(DFS-2)was used before and after the experiment.According to the score data of college tennis beginners' flow experience before and after the experiment,the influence of heuristic teaching on college tennis beginners' flow experience is analyzed.The statistical results are as follows:(1)Before the experiment,there was no difference between the control group and the college students' tennis beginners' flow experience tendency(P>0.05).indicating that the first two groups of students in the experiment had better homogeneity.(2)After heuristic teaching,the flow experience of college tennis beginners has changed in 9 dimensions,challenge and skill balance(P = 0.000 <0.05),clear goals(P = 0.000 <0.05),and clear feedback(P = 0.000 <0.05),integration of action awareness(P = 0.000 <0.05),full concentration(P = 0.000 <0.05),feeling of control(P = 0.000 <0.05),loss of self-consciousness(P = 0.045 <0.05),sense of time The change(P = 0.006 <0.05)was a pleasant experience(P = 0.000 <0.05).The nine dimensions of flow experience experienced by college tennis beginners after the experiment all changed significantly.(3)After the traditional teaching,the flow experience of college tennis beginners in the balance of challenges and skills(P = 0.086> 0.05),clear goals(P = 0.075> 0.05),clear feedback(P = 0.064> 0.05),awareness of action Fusion(P = 0.515> 0.05),full concentration(P = 0.160> 0.05),feeling of control(P = 0.000 <0.05),loss of self-consciousness(P = 0.445> 0.05),change in sense of time(P = 0.835> 0.05)Pleasant experience(P = 0.007 <0.05).The tendency of college tennis beginners to experience fluently before and after the experiment is controlled by feelings of control(P = 0.000 <0.05)and pleasant experience(P = 0.007 <0.05).There are significant changes in the other seven dimensions.(4)The flow experience of college tennis beginners in the heuristic teaching group is challenging skill balance(P = 0.038 <0.05),clear feedback(P = 0.035 <0.05),integration of action consciousness(P = 0.004 <0.05),and full concentration(P = 0.009 <0.05),the feeling of control(P = 0.006 <0.05),the change of the sense of time(P = 0.017 <0.05),and the pleasant experience(P = 0.022 <0.05)were significantly higher than the traditional scores in 7 dimensions In the teaching group,there is no significant difference in the scores in the two dimensions of clear goals(P = 0.051> 0.05)and loss of self-consciousness(P = 0.280> 0.05),but the fluent experience of college tennis beginners in the heuristic teaching group is 9 The scores in all dimensions are higher than the traditional teaching group.(5)Regardless of heuristic or traditional teaching,there is no significant difference in the flow experience of tennis beginner boys and girls(P> 0.05).Conclusions:(1)Compared with traditional teaching,heuristic teaching can effectively promote the flow experience of college tennis beginners,which can be used as a way to stimulate the flow experience of college tennis beginners.Teachers should be good at using heuristic teaching to stimulate students' positive experience and give full play to students' main role in learning.(2)For college tennis beginners,there is no significant difference in the flow experience of boys and girls.
