With China's continuous hosting of a number of heavyweight tennis events and the outstanding achievements of Chinese tennis players in the world,the popularity of tennis is rising,gradually strengthening the public's attention to tennis,and rapidly promoting the development of tennis in China.The public has a strong interest in tennis,and more and more people begin to learn tennis.As the basic technique of tennis,the use rate of the forehand and backhand shots in tennis matches has reached80%.The beginners usually start from the forehand and backhand shots to learn tennis.But nowadays,when beginners learn tennis,they only pay attention to the exercise of tennis and ignore other physical qualities.As a result,their physical qualities are difficult to support the movement learning,and the learning process is slow and the movement pattern is relatively chaotic.As sports training,sports biomechanics,sports physiology and sports development of science,more new training ideas and methods,functional training as the current popular concept of professional training,we must further study of promotion,combined with the daily tennis training study,the functional training better application in the tennis training beginners.This study USES literature research,experimental method and mathematical statistics and other research methods,make the training plan and content,the functional training,the traditional physical exercise combined with tennis basic training,through training the experiment comparing traditional physical quality training and functional training forbeginners forehand and backhand shots on the stability of difference,explore the effect on the stability of the functional training on the tennis beginners forehand and backhand.In the experiment,32 sophomore students from experimental high school of jinan university town were selected as the experimental subjects.In the control group,there were 16 students in each experimental group,8 males and 8 females in each group.There was no significant difference in physical fitness between the two groups.While carrying out special tennis exercises,traditional physical fitness training and functional training intervention were applied to the experimental group and the control group respectively.The data of stability index(hitting depth and hitting accuracy)were measured before the training,and no significant difference was found between the experimental group and the control group.After 10 weeks of training and intervention,the test data were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:1.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the hitting depth and accuracy of the stability index before and after the training.Both functional training and traditional quality training can improve the hitting stability of tennis beginners.2.Functional training and general physical training have little impact on forehand hitting depth,while functional training improves backhand hitting depth and accuracy higher than traditional physical training.3.There was a significant difference in the stability index between the experimental group and the control group after training,and the average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that functional training had a promoting effect on improving the stability of tennis beginners than that of the control group.
