With the promotion and popularization of tennis in China,a large number of sports enthusiasts are involved in it.As a talent training base,colleges and universities are attaching more and more importance to tennis teaching.While offering tennis classes,the problem of tennis teaching is always troubling the teaching workers,and it also brings difficulties for the beginners to master tennis technology.Although previous studies on tennis teaching have explored many aspects,the research on the effects of vision,hearing and kinesthesia in college tennis teaching has not been found.Paper use the research methods such as literature data method,experiment method,the Beijing sports university 24 tennis zero basis of girls were randomly divided into three groups for 10 weeks of teaching experiments,each group respectively using visual guide is given priority to,hearing to guide is given priority to,kinesthetic guidance of three different kinds of teaching methods,students after the experiment of forehand,backhand,small field kumite bout evaluating indicators such as number,technology assessment,through the analysis of variance to compare different teaching effect for the beginners of tennis teaching way.The conclusions are as follows:1.The comparison of technical test results between the visual group and the auditory group showed that P<0.05 was obtained for the two indicators of forehand depth and backhand precision,showing a statistically significant difference,indicating that the training effect of auditory teaching method on forehand depth and backhand precision was better than that of visual teaching method.It mainly benefits from college students' strong ability to think and process technical action theory,and they prefer teachers to emphasize technical details through language.2.The comparison of technical test results between the auditory group and the kinesthetic group shows that P<0.05 is obtained for the three indicators of backhand depth and forehand precision,which is statistically significant difference,indicating that the training effect of auditory teaching method on backhand depth and forehand precision is better than that of kinesthetic teaching method.3.Through comparing rallied round number concluded: analysis of variance between groups of test P > 0.05,no significant difference on statistical significance,but from the perspective of rounds mean,hearing group round number > visual round number > kinesthetic group of rounds,hearing the teaching mode of teaching effect is better than visual teaching methods,visual teaching effect is better than the way of teaching kinesthetic way of teaching.4.After the experiment,the physical fitness scores of each group were improved,but the physical fitness of each group before and after the experiment was analyzed by variance,P>0.05 was obtained,and there was no significant difference between test scores,indicating that the physical fitness of the three groups would not be different due to different teaching methods.
