With the development of Internet technology and the emergence of knowledge economy,China's "Internet + education" has gained a vigorous growth space.In the society with knowledge as capital,knowledge anxiety has become a big trouble for modern people.For postgraduate students,employment pressure and job competition are the most important issues they are facing,and knowledge anxiety is even more serious.This also provides a perfect realistic condition and growth space for the development of informal education.It can be said that in today's knowledge society and information age,informal education has increasingly become a universal educational choice for postgraduate students to pursue personal development.Therefore,paying attention to the performance and harvest of postgraduate students in informal education is an important aspect of the development of informal education that needs active attention.It seems that postgraduate students' participation in informal education has low threshold,high efficiency and can meet a variety of needs,but whether its effect is satisfactory or not,and whether there are problems and difficulties of its own,deserves our attention and investigation.This study takes "student experience" as the starting point,and takes master's students of humanities and social sciences of N university as the object of case investigation.Through purposeful sampling,20 master's students are selected to conduct qualitative interviews to collect first-hand information about informal education experience.By investigating what students do and think,the purpose of this study is to make the tacit knowledge explicit,so that students' vague individual experience can be saved in words,and then they can be known by others later,and learn from the experience and grow.The main content of the interview is: what kind of informal education do postgraduate students usually choose? What is the purpose of the choice? What do you want to complain or praise in your study? What is the evaluation of its quality? What input and effort have you made? Are you satisfied with your performance and results? With reference to Astin's "input-environment-output" model and student integration theory,this study presents postgraduate students' "selective experience","external environmental experience" and "personal involvement experience" in informal education.The motivations of informal education include internal and external ones.The former reflects individual reflection,such as self-examination of individual interests,consideration of individual intelligence and awakening of individual identity consciousness.The latter reflects external forces,including the influence of peer groups,the influence of school education,the influence of social climate.The choice motivation of informal education is individual construction,which embodies the pragmatic construction for instrumental value,the label construction for symbolic value,and the chain construction for field value.The "external environment experience" of informal education is embodied in the two aspects — — learning environment experience and interpersonal environment experience,including hardware experience,system experience,curriculum quality experience,learning atmosphere experience,teacher-student communication experience,peer communication experience and consumption experience.It is divided into "good experience" and "bad experience" in nature.First,hardware experience,"good experience" such as: no desk classroom is the most active,learning platform provides high-quality and integrated resources,learning software flexibility to achieve freedom and autonomy;The "bad experience" includes: the overload of teaching space capacity affects the learning effect,the supporting equipment does not reflect the humanistic care,the learning software retrieval is laborious and the push is improper.Second,system experience,talk to a lot of "good experience",such as: demo system meet the needs of the user to select,early learning system has realized the preliminary study,teaching assistant system provide support for learning,interactive system promotes the study and communication,supervise system provides a learning regulation,studies reporting system promotes the gain of direct experience.Third,course quality experience,"good experience" includes: professional teachers in subject,targeted course content and abundant dry goods;The "bad experience" includes: the course organization is too fast and weak interactive,the teaching arrangement is mixed,the course content is not deep enough,the course content is divorced from the reality of students,and teachers' teaching style is hard to match with students' preferences.Fourth,learning atmosphere experience."good experience" is to stimulate relaxed learning state and highlight the spirit of active participation."Bad experiences" are the prevalence of test-taking.Fifth,the interaction experience between teachers and students."good experience" refers to the "teacher" that focuses on substantive communication and touches emotions in the communication.The "bad experience" is basically no special interaction.Sixth,peer interaction experience."good experience" refers to the learning support provided by peer interaction."bad experience" includes no partner losing the sense of belonging to a group,and the absence of a learning group is detrimental to learning results.Seven is consumption experience,"good experience" is participation in governance to evaluate consumption,"bad experience" is false commitment,bundled consumption,quality and price discrepancy.The "personal involvement experience" of informal education includes three aspects: first,learning management experience,such as focusing on learning objectives and even taking tests to help;making learning plans to enhance evaluation feedback and self-motivation;making learning adjustments to maintain good academic mood;and determining the effectiveness of external management based on learning view.The second is the experience of learning difficulties,such as: knowledge anxiety leads to the difficulty of learning direction confusion,mode change leads to the difficulty of learning adaptation,strangeness and isolation lead to the difficulty of blank field fear,fatigue and low achievement lead to the difficulty of learning burnout,platform stagnation leads to the difficulty of learning progression,and lack of ability leads to gradually giving up.The third is learning persistence experience,such as calculating sunk cost to make learning persistence decision,strengthening achievement motivation to rebuild learning persistence character,enhancing learning efficacy to activate learning persistence,sublimating learning persistence through internal motivation transformation,and realizing learning persistence with the help of external supervision.In order to improve the quality of informal education and enhance learners' sense of experience,the quality of informal education products need to be improved.First,the educational management department should improve the educational supervision mechanism to regulate the operation of education;second,educational institutions should improve the system construction to return to the origin of education;third,teachers should optimize the teaching strategies and strengthen the emotional connection between teachers and students.At the same time,individuals in informal education also need improvement: first,change the educational concept to focus on their own substantial development;second,optimize learning management to improve independent learning capability;finally,firm learning belief to activate positive emotions.
