| Since the expansion of education,the scale of education of postgraduate students has been unprecedent,Our country has become a graduate student education power.However,due to the rapid growth of education "quantity" of Chinese graduate students,the "quality" of postgraduate cultivation has been subjected to social questioning.Faced with various shortcomings and disputes,people have been exploring how to improve the quality of postgraduate education.In many strategies of improving quality,it is an active attempt to optimize the learning experience of graduate students.Focusing on the study experience of graduate students,it can reflect the education concept such as "people-oriented" and "student-centered".The satisfaction degree of the graduate study experience should be an indicator to evaluate the quality of higher education and become a new perspective to promote the reform of higher education.In order to explore the master learning experience,based on the theory of customer experience,campus environment theory and the theory of student development,using the method of qualitative interviews in N university school of education science,for example in the case study.On the basis of the targeted sampling,this paper conducts an in-depth interview on the selected 19 postgraduate students,and collects a lot of first-hand information about the learning experience.This study learning form "student evaluation comprehensive model change" of E.Pascarella,presents the experience of masters of pedagogy in the fields of "freshman adaptation","professional learning","personal relations","campus environment" and"development management".These five aspects can be further divided into "research motivation" and "learning adaptation","curriculum study" and "science research","teacher interaction" and "association with peers," "campus infrastructure," and"school regulations There are eleven dimensions in the system,academic atmosphere,time management,and academic planning.Based on the interviews with the 19 master students selected,this paper systematically demonstrates the current status of the learning experience for master students in N-school education from the above-mentioned 11 dimensions.These learning experiences are influenced by many factors,such as individual factors,other important people factors,college resources and environmental factors,social environmental factors.These factors have complexity and individual difference in the mechanism of action,and there will be multi-factor cross combination effect.In order to optimize the learning experience of master of education,we need to make improvement from the level of institutional support,the tutor level and the postgraduate level.At the institutional support level,the first step is to enhance the guidance to accelerate the freshmen’s adaptation;The second is to perfect the teachers and students mutual election system to harmonize the relationship between teachers and students;Third,we will develop education resources to stimulate students’ desire to study independently.Finally,it is to optimize the rules and regulations to ensure the growth of talents.On the one hand,it is to update the concept of education to promote the growth of postgraduate study.On the other hand,we should improve our own quality to enhance the harmony between teachers and students.At the graduate level,the first step is to enhance professional identity and academic confidence;The second is active learning to improve knowledge.Another initiative is to communicate enthusiastically in order to keep teachers and students in close contact;In the end,it is timely to make academic planning and life planning. |
