Research On Network Community Language Violence Governance

With the increasingly development of network technology,the number of Internet users grows rapidly,and the network community also begins to flourish,but at the same time,a lot of problems arise,among which the language violence in the network community is one of them.Because the network characteristics of the community itself,the management of network language violence has certain difficulty,in this article,through analyzing the cause of network language violence,the content of language violence to construct the network community governance framework,and application of relevant principle of governance theory to build up a set of network language violence governance new system,in order to solve the problems of the China's online community language violence effective governance strategy is put forward.In this paper,through the use of literature analysis,website survey,interdisciplinary analysis and other research methods,and combined with the relevant principles of governance theory to define the network community language violence related concepts,and analysis of the network community language violence forms and causes,and finally build the corresponding governance system.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance and research purpose of this paper.The second chapter explains the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the related concepts and theories involved in this paper.Firstly,it defines the related concepts involved in cyber community language violence,and then elaborates on the subculture theory,governance theory and cultural governance theory.The third chapter USES the qualitative analysis method,through the screenshot to the network community language violence phenomenon has carried on the visual display,and elaborated the network community language violence manifestation form and the characteristic,provides the fact basis for the following research;Chapter four analyzes the causes and possible harmful consequences of language violence in online communities and interprets the phenomenon of language violence in online communities from the perspective of multiple subjects.The fifth chapter firstly illustrates the governance theory of network community language violence feasibility of governance,then build the current our country network the main practice contents of community governance language violence,finally build up a set of suitable for China's online community language violence governance system,through the government leading,legal protection,the whole society of collaborative governance path,in order to achieve effective governance of network community language violence.To solve the problem of language violence in online communities,it is impossible to rely on the power of a single group.All network participants,including netizens,media,network supervision departments and even the whole society,should participate in it,starting from restricting their own behaviors to reach the effect of influencing others,so that the entire Internet environment will have benign interaction,purify the entire network environment,and make the malignant tumor of language violence in the network community have no place to hide.
