| In September 2016,the report on the development of Chinese students’ core literacy was officially released,proposing for the first time the overall framework for the development of Chinese students’ core literacy.Since then,"core literacy" has become a research hotspot in the academic world.In January 2018,the ideological and political curriculum standards for ordinary high schools(2017 edition)(hereinafter referred to as "new curriculum standards in 2017")was officially promulgated and clearly stated that the core qualities of ideological and political discipline include political identity,scientific spirit,legal awareness and public participation.Public participation literacy is the behavior expression of political identity,scientific spirit and legal consciousness.To cultivate high school students’ public participation literacy is of great significance for their own growth,ideological and political curriculum construction and the development of China’s democratic society.In actual teaching practice,however,due to the huge pressure to the college entrance examination,teachers,the backward education idea,the traditional teaching method,the single way of evaluation and the lack of school management mode and single parent literacy and the influence of factors such as the lack of social support,leading to the current high school students cultivation of public participation to little effect.This paper broaden the research idea of public high school students to participate in literacy cultivation,from the ideological and political class teaching,school management,four major aspects of family education and social support,a practical investigation and analysis of the current high school students are the cause of the problems of public participation in literacy cultivation,research on cultivating high school students of public participation in literacy strategy.First of all,this paper focuses on the analysis and discussion of the main role of high school ideological and political classroom teaching: to update teachers’ educational concepts,improve teachers’ own quality,improve education and teaching methods,reform the teaching evaluation system,change the form of homework,so as to stimulate students’ learning interest and enthusiasm,and promote the cultivation of public participation and quality.As high school students second,school is the most important public life space,also ought to make efforts,proper organization to carry out activities,face-to-face support for school students to participate in democratic management,to form a student community,encourage students autonomy,thus enrich the public participation in practice of students,let them understand the knowledge in practice,exercise capacity,improve literacy.Thirdly,family education should be closely coordinated with school education: parents should change their educational concepts,improve the quality of public participation,strengthen home-school cooperation and pursue home-school co-education;Finally,the society should provide conceptual and technical support for the cultivation of high school students’ public participation literacy: attach importance to supporting and cooperating with high school students’ public participation activities,broaden the channels of students’ public participation,and ensure smooth participation. |
