In this study,thirty normal students and four professional teachers in the pre-school education major of N normal university were selected as the research subjects.It mainly adopts semi-structured interview and material object analysis.This study analyzes and summarizes the current characteristics of the reflective ability of preschool education students.In addition,this study summarizes the important factors affecting the status quo of students' reflective ability by making use of their personal experience described in interviews.Combing with the interview contents from professional teachers,it restores and refines the important measures and successful experience of N normal university in cultivating students' reflective ability.First of all,this study is to understand the actual situation of students' reflection through interviews,so as to analyze the specific characteristics and differences of students' reflection.It includes the students' understanding of the reflection,the subject content of the reflection,the frequency of the reflection,etc.,and makes a preliminary analysis of the students' reflective ability according to the actual situation of the reflection.Then,the interview is used to summarize the characteristics of students' reflective ability in the current situation from three aspects: psychological characteristics,behavioral performance and development status.In terms of psychological characteristics,it mainly summarizes the cognitive,emotional,volitional and other psychological characteristics of students' reflective ability.Behavior mainly describes students' observation and cooperation during reflection.The development of students' reflective ability is characterized by the development of their reflective autonomy,the improvement of reflective efficiency and the improvement of reflective level.Secondly,this study summarizes the important factors affecting the current situation of students' reflective ability from both positive and negative aspects.The positive impetus mainly includes two factors: the content material and the development motive force.The content material analyzes the students' rich educational practice experience and substantial educational theoretical knowledge,which makes the students' reflection material continuously enriched,and guarantees the improvement and development of students' reflection ability from the content aspect.However,the development motivation refers to the individual internal drive and external environment stimulation to promote the development of students' reflective ability.The negative resistance mainly includes two aspects: individual subjective and external objective factors: the individual subjective side of the active communication of the fear of psychology and individual inertia on the reflection ofthe negative impact;However,the external environment emphasizes that heavy academic load,limited communication with teachers and gender imbalance in learning have a negative impact on students' reflective ability.Finally,this research integrates the data of students and professional teachers,and comprehensively refines the excellent strategies and methods of cultivating students' reflective ability in nanjing normal university.It is summarized into six points: firstly,the cultivation of students' reflective ability should be included in the cultivation program of students,and the goal should be clearly defined;Second,teachers should add some content and links that can inspire students to reflect in the courses they learn,so as to create an atmosphere that can inspire students to reflect.Thirdly,teachers should organize students to conduct group cooperative learning and promote the dialogue and communication among students in the group.Fourthly,the role of teachers in guiding students' reflection should be highlighted in the curriculum,and the ways of cultivating students' reflection ability should be enriched.Fifth,teachers should build a learning platform for online courses so that students can share reflective content,communicate with each other and get guidance in time.Sixth,school education should provide sufficient practice opportunities for students,and in the practice process to enable students to develop the habit of reflection.
