| Since ancient times,our country has a tradition of respecting teachers and respecting education.However,in terms of basic education,preschool education is still a weak link in the system.Based on this,in 2014,Chongqing began to implement pre-school education oriented public fundiimplementationng training,improve the quality of education,with a view to improving the pre-school education teachers in rural areas of Chongqing.However,due to the short years of,the concept of training,training objectives,training methods and so on are still in the exploratory stage,coupled with the scarcity of research on the status of pre-school education of public-funded normal students,resulting in insufficient theoretical guidance for these students,so it is particularly urgent to investigate and study the status of pre-school education of public-funded normal students.This study is guided by documents issued by Chongqing Education Committee in 2014,such as "Opinions of Chongqing Education Committee on the Implementation of Directional Training of Public-funded Normal Students in Preschool Education in 2014" and "Measures for the Implementation of Public-funded Education for Normal Students in Normal Universities directly under the Ministry of Education" issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2008.Taking a college in Chongqing as an example,the text analysis method is adopted.Questionnaire survey and interview are used to analyze the status of public-funded teachers’ students in preschool education,the training status of training institutions and the problems existing in the training process and their influencing factors.This study is guided by documents issued by Chongqing Education Committee in 2014,such as "Opinions of Chongqing Education Committee on the Implementation of Directional Training of Public-funded Normal Students in Preschool Education in 2014" and "Measures for the Implementation of Public-funded Education for Nomial Students in Normal Universities directly under the Ministry of Education" issued by the General Office of the State Council in 2008.The text analysis method is adopted.Questionnaire survey and interview are used to analyze the status of public-funded teachers’ students in preschool education,the training status of training institutions and the problems existing in the training process and their influencing factors.Through the research,it is found that the implementation of the policy of public-funded normal students in preschool education has provided a large number of high-quality teachers for kindergartens,especially in rural areas,with remarkable results.But at the same time,there are the following problems:the lack of professional emotions of public-funded normal students;the lack of competition mechanism in training institutions;the limitation of educational level promotion and follow-up training channels.In view of the above problems,this study analyzed the influencing factors from policy orientation,value orientation,employers and quality supervision departments.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward for the training of public-funded normal students in preschool education:strengthening publicity;further clarifying training objectives;adjusting curriculum settings and improving curriculum system;strengthening practical teaching and innovating teaching methods;real-time cultivation of education;integrating teachers;establishing quality evaluation system;supporting the professional growth of public-funded normal students and improving teaching conditions. |
