Cultivating innovative talents for our country requires primary and secondary schools to carry out Science and Technology practical activities,which is also a mission endowed by this era.Consulting the result of studies about Science and Technology practical activities finds that,there is still a lack of empirical research on schools and teachers,although there have some studies about this theme.So this paper studies how to carry out Science and Technology practical activities from the schools level and teachers level.The main problems to be solved in this research include:(1)how can the school carry out Science and Technology practical activities in order to cultivate students' ability of science and technology innovation?(2)in the process of specific teaching practice,how does the teacher guide students to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities?(3)what problems should teachers pay attention to in order to carry out Science and Technology practical activities effectively?The main methods of this paper to collect research data are literature review,case study,investigation and so on.Through analyzes the experience in the cases of three science and technology featured primary schools and three Science and Technology practical activities cases aiming at summarizing the experience of carrying out Science and Technology activities.Through the case analysis of carrying out Science and Technology practical activities in schools,this paper holds that the development of Science and Technology practical activities in primary schools should have the goal of cultivating students' innovation ability and practice ability,and further develop Various forms of Science and Technology practical activities courses according to the characteristics of schools.Based on the analysis of teachers' Science and technology practical activities teaching cases,to cultivate students' innovation ability and practice ability,the teacher need to guide and help students to establish the objectives of scientific and technological innovation activities,to create opportunities for students to think independently and cooperate with each other,to provide timely and appropriate support for students' scientific and technological innovation activities,to encourage students to develop the will to complete a scientific and technological activity.Combining the results of case studies of schools and activities,this paper holds that teachers of science and technology should enrich their understanding of students' scientific and technological innovation ability,maintain students' interest in Science and Technology practical activities,pay attention to the effective use of teaching guidance strategies,and deal with the interrelation of instructional strategies when carrying out Science and Technology practical activities.
