"Maker" as a new industrial revolution nearly two years, under the encouragement of government policy, the party to claim to cultivate the students’ innovation spirit and practice ability, reform the mechanism, fostering talents in universities and colleges to encourage entrepreneurship, employment also derivating "Maker Education", "STEAM Education", "Innovative Education", etc. However, the author find that the current study has some limitations, most scholars locate in informational technology course based on programming or disciplines of science and engineering curriculum, including Robots, Scratch simple programing tools, Arduino open source hardware, etc. It misses the deep integration of other disciplines. It takes into account that there are a lot of confusion still exit in the domestic innovative teaching, and need for a viable operation of innovative teaching strategies to adapt in domestic innovation education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the author determines the this topic and the related research, taking the literature research, classroom observation, interview, questionnaire survey and case study to apply " Instructional Strategies for Creative " design "t Educational Technology Course ”to judge innovation ability of students is improved.The results show that in the classroom the students who can express themselves, to complete the work in time and to modify the design again after class, can actively participate in practice training project, and in the process to constantly enrich himself, improve physical expression, stage speech ability and practice ability has improved. In addition, based on the research object of innovative thinking and consciousness, innovation knowledge, learning ability and innovation ability five indicators final y concluded that the innovation ability of students is also improved.The thesis consists of six chapters:The first chapter: The introduction. Introducing the background, contents, significance, framework and methods of the research.The second chapter: Literature research review. Defining the “Maker”, “Innovator”, “Maker Education”, “Instructional Strategies for Creative”, and Creative Ability. Moreover, summarizing the case of Creative Teaching and through literature retrieval conclude the teaching practice universities relatively few.The third chapter: The analysis of Innovative Education case. Analyzing the Fab Lab of Mahtomedi senior middle schools, the Living Labs of Massachusetts institute and Zhong Shan university Wang Zhuli Creative Thinking.The fourth chapter: The process and instruction model of “Instructional Strategies for Creative”. On the base of “Innovators’ Codes” of six skills theory and Dick- Cary systematic Instructional design, design the Instructional model of “Instructional Strategies for Creative”.The fifth chapter: The design and practice steps of “Instructional Strategies for Creative”. By analyzing the course and students, choosing the appropriate design of teaching and learning resources, teaching environment, teaching activities and teaching evaluation study. In the evaluation of teaching, evaluating the learners’ classroom performance and show works to evaluate the students’ innovation ability, and in reference to the domestic Li Guosheng, Wang jiaqi, Feng Yun of innovation ability, on the basis of the students’ innovative thinking and consciousness, innovation knowledge, learning ability and innovation ability as the primary index, taking initial selfassessment, final self-evaluation, group evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of a combination of whether learners’ ability to innovate for promotion of the conclusion.The sixth chapter: The summary and outlook of research. Summarizing the research content and conclusion of this study and the innovation of the research is not enough, and forecasting the late research.
