Through theoretical research and practical application,this study mainly achieves the following purposes: first,to judge the applicability of micro class teaching in the basketball teaching of Tianjin Vocational and technical demonstration University;second,to design a micro class teaching mode to improve the basketball teaching and explore feasible and effective application ways.Finally,the experiment method is used to verify the practical effect of micro course teaching in actual teaching,summarize and summarize the materials,draw conclusions and suggestions,provide relevant basis for college teachers to innovate teaching mode,and provide reference for improving college physical education teaching.In this paper,the concept,characteristics,theoretical basis and the development of micro class in teaching at home and abroad are analyzed by using the method of literature.Through the method of questionnaire survey,the cognition of the experimental subjects to the micro class teaching is preliminarily understood to ensure the effectiveness and scientificity of the experiment.The experiment method is used to integrate micro course into the basketball elective course technology teaching to compare the effect of experiment teaching.Under the condition that teachers,teaching environment,teaching progress,teaching content and experimental objects are equal,the teaching content is based on the elective basketball syllabus of Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University.The control group adopts the traditional teaching method,the experimental group adopts the micro course teaching to carry on the teaching experiment,and carries on the comparative analysis to the data before and after the experiment,explores whether the micro course can improve the student's physical quality,the basketball technology,as well as the micro course teaching satisfaction degree in the basketball elective course technology teaching.The results show that:(1)Through the design and implementation of micro course,it effectively improves the teaching effect and quality of basketball elective course in Tianjin Vocational and Technical Normal University,enriches the teaching system ofbasketball elective course to a certain extent,and provides an important reference value for physical education practice.(2)Through the micro class teaching experiment,the physical quality of the two classes before and after the experiment has been improved,but the range of improvement is generally similar,which shows that the micro class teaching has no obvious advantage in improving the physical quality of students for the traditional teaching.In view of this problem,it needs to be improved.(3)Through the experimental results,we can see that after the experiment,the two groups of students' basketball skills show significant differences in reaching the standard and technical evaluation.The experimental group's achievement in reaching the standard and technical evaluation is better than the control group,which shows that the micro class teaching mode has significant positive effect on promoting students' mastery of action skills,and it is effective and feasible to apply it to our school's public physical education.(4)Through the survey of satisfaction with the effect of micro class teaching,students support micro class teaching,which stimulates students' interest in basketball,urges students to participate in sports activities in the basketball court.Micro class teaching fully considers students' ability to accept new knowledge,students can master the rhythm of learning,respect students' individual differences,and is conducive to the development of students' personality.
