Along with the rapid development of modern information technology, and the comprehensively deepen of quality education, new physical education curriculum reform gradually implement today, posed new challenge and requirements to physical education teachers. Teachers' professional development and double professional occupation demands us stood in the era of development view of teachers afresh. Teacher is the engineer of human soul, the executor of education ideas and education concept. Teaching quality embodies the teacher's ability, teachers' teaching ability depends on their teaching skill. So to improve teachers' teaching skills is the effective way to improve teachers' teaching ability. The micro-standard teaching as a teaching skill theory of teachers training, have been extensively applied and recognition for its easy to control, content concentration and clear goal, the feedback timely characteristicsThis study brings in higher normal sports colleges and basketball elective students' teaching skills training introducing the microteaching of basketball elective students' teaching skill training, further discussing the new curriculum reform situation higher normal sports colleges and basketball elective students' teaching ability of composing, and teaching skills training mode. Will domestic and international advanced microteaching skills decomposition theory, in line with current training school sports teaching status and physical education curriculum standard, the elective small class size, less number of students, professional theory learning more comprehensive and easy operation and control of the advantages, through the microteaching method of basketball elective class teaching experiment, namely the students in class by watching video demonstration, through the audio-visual technology of rude feedback and evaluation, to bad link organization of respect from teaching practice activities.This article through literature, questionnaire of basketball elective students' teaching skill evaluation index determined, through the micro-standard teaching experiment to before the practice of basketball elective class student grouping antitheses experiments to validate the microteaching in training students' teaching skills effectively degree, and through improving the concrete experimental operation and evaluation methods, to improve teaching skills training methods, but also for future in normal colleges and universities teaching skills training provides practical theory basis and the reference.The results of the study indicate that:1. Three rounds experts'investigation filtrate six teaching skills and thirty indexes, and determine each skill evaluation index weight.2. Through the microteaching of basketball elective students' teaching skill of experimental results found (p < 0.05), and the six teaching skill than at the start of the standard have got significant improvement. Through the practice of the experimental group and control group grades before and after the comparison results show (p < 0.05), and has the significant difference in basketball course that specially introduced the micro-standard teaching students to improve their teaching skills teaching ability has reality significance.3. Modern audio-visual technology multimedia teaching equipment in the use of the microteaching, effective solution to the student feedback time lag, teaching behavior slow speed, low efficiency and, at the same time, to the student fully grasp the teaching skill training provides a great help. Select the evaluation method of real, objective and effective reflect student's actual level, qualitative and quantitative appraisal way to improve each student's skills.
