As one of the important contents of physical education in primary and secondary schools in our country,exercise between classes has been developing in our country for nearly a hundred years.In recent years,many regional middle school exercises have gradually changed from the traditional mode of radio gymnastics to other rich and diverse sports activities,deeply loved by many middle school students,is in such a background appeared "characteristic class exercises ",so that the development of class exercises into a new stage.However,at present,Maoxian middle school class gymnastics is mainly broadcast gymnastics,so that Maoxian middle school students escape from class gymnastics,Tired of learning,antipathy and other aspects of the problem,therefore,Maoxian high school class exercises have to face reform.As a traditional folk art of the Qiang people,Sharon Dance expresses the spiritual and cultural connotation of the national characteristics intuitively with its own characteristics of nationality,regionality,appreciation,innovation and fitness.Introducing it to Maoxian middle school can enrich the content and form of the exercises and bring some enlightenment to the development of traditional folk art.This paper takes the feasibility analysis of introducing Sharon dance into the middle school of Maoxian as the research object,taking the Maoxian middle school as the investigation and application practice object,mainly adopts the literature method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire investigation method,the field investigation method,the mathematical statistics method,the logic analysis method and so on.1.From the analysis of the objective factors of Sharon dance,we can know the duration of Sharon dance,the number of participants,the intensity of sports and so on,and know that it is feasible to know that Sharon dance enters the class exercise.From the subjective factors,the students’ demand for the content of the class exercise and the need to inherit the national culture are an important opportunity for Sharon dance to enter the class exercise in Maoxian Middle School.Such an opportunity should not be missed.2.the local government and school leaders and most PE teachers support the introduction of Shalang dance into the school’s recess exercises,more than half of the students also have a supportive attitude;the introduction of the Qiang Shalang dance project into Maoxian middle school recess exercises,to further enrich the major secondary school recess exercise resources bring great help.3.The number of students who have participated in the activities is small,and the number of PE teachers who can carry out the professional guidance of the dance is small;PE teachers mainly understand the dance through the network,news,newspapers and other ways;the local relevant departments and school leaders of the propaganda and promotion of the dance is relatively low.By introducing Sharon danceinto middle school exercises,the shortage of teachers and the small number of students can be changed.4.Because of its fitness and body-building,regulating the value of body and mind,it is suitable for middle school students to exercise between classes and bring it into Maoxian middle school class exercises,which can enrich the activity content of middle school class exercises,help to improve students’ interest in class exercises,help to spread and inherit Chinese traditional culture and improve students’ mastery of Sha Lang culture.5.More than half of the students are dissatisfied with the content of the current class exercises,and it is feasible and necessary for Sharon is feasible and necessary.6.The Sha Long Dance of the Qiang nationality is a local folk dance.Its emergence and development course determine that the requirement of the venue is not high is easy to get people’s emotional identity.
