Setting-up exercises in middle and primary school physical education in China has existed for a long time.It is a very important form of extracurricular sports activities.But most of the school classes are active in the form of a single,the loose of management and so on.With the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform in our country,all localities are also actively promoting curriculum reform,in Han yang District,Wuhan the 12th Five-Year Plan for Educational and Science clearly pointed out that to strengthen school-based research.This study regards the thirty-second Middle School of Wuhan school-based reform of class-break setting-up exercise as the research object,including investigating the thirty-second middle school in Wuhan city class-break setting-up exercise school-based planning,form,content,analysis,organization and Implementation,which aims to provide some valuable suggestions to promote the school class-break setting-up exercise school-based reform.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,on-the-spot investigation method.As a conclusion,the school’s class-break setting-up exercise school-based has achieved good results,such as improving the students’ class-break setting-up exercise participation rate,enhancing the physical quality of the students,promoting the professional development of teachers,enhancing the binding force of the family and the school and improving the sports school-based curriculum;There also are some restricting factors in the reform,such as the shortage of teachers,lack of encouraging policies and the poor understanding of some teachers and parents of students to school-based reform class-break setting-up exercise.According to this situation,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions:school leaders should take intensify efforts to encourage teachers as well as students and develop incentive policies;strengthen reform propaganda;increase teachers,pay more attention to the school-based teacher’s training,highlighting the characteristics of school-based class-break setting-up exercise. |
