With the rapid development of the information age,education has put forward higher requirements for the development of students.The evaluation of students should not be limited to the level of test scores,but should pay attention to the all-round development of students' morality,intelligence,physique and labor.For this reason,the state vigorously promotes the comprehensive quality evaluation mechanism,and Shanghai,as a pilot area for the reform of basic education,gives priority to the comprehensive quality evaluation.Up to now,the comprehensive quality evaluation in Shanghai has been implemented for four years.According to relevant policy documents,the comprehensive quality evaluation has formed a "hard link" with the college entrance examination.The primary and secondary schools in Shanghai mainly record the comprehensive quality evaluation realistically,and do not involve the evaluation link.Then,under such circumstances,how is the comprehensive quality evaluation implemented in Shanghai?What is the attitude of teachers,students and educational administrators towards comprehensive quality evaluation?Does comprehensive quality evaluation really realize its original intention?What are the problems in the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation?What feasible measures can be put forward to solve these problems?That's the goal of this study.This is not only a reflection on the comprehensive quality evaluation,but also a discussion on the promotion of the comprehensive quality evaluation in the future.This study adopts case analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,in order to objectively present the implementation status of comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary high schools in Shanghai and carry out countermeasures research.In addition to the introduction,the paper mainly consists of four parts:The first part is the interpretation of comprehensive quality evaluation,including the understanding of the core concepts,the theoretical basis of the development of comprehensive quality evaluation,the interpretation of the connotation of comprehensive quality evaluation itself,and the development of comprehensive quality evaluation in the whole country and Shanghai.Secondly,the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation in some ordinary high schools in Shanghai is investigated.By means of sampling survey,the author tries to objectively reflect the teaching changes brought about by the comprehensive quality evaluation of ordinary high schools in Shanghai and the attitudes of all parties related to education,such as teachers,students,parents and managers,towards the policies,and analyzes the existing problems through data.The third part is the strategy research on the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.In view of the relevant problems mentioned above,it proposes feasible improvement strategies.The fourth part is the summary and prospect.This part is mainly the whole of the research conclusion and the elaboration,and from the author's own point of view,based on the current comprehensive quality evaluation implementation status,combined with the current educational environment,for the future comprehensive quality evaluation of large-scale implementation of improvement Suggestions and implementation strategy analysis.
