With the development of network technology and the popularization of mobile devices,traditional teaching has been impacted.At the same time,the outline of the national program for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)clearly states: "improve teachers' application of information technology,update teaching concepts,improve teaching methods and improve teaching effect."Students are encouraged to take the initiative to learn by using information means and learn independently,so as to enhance their ability to analyze and solve problems by using information technology." It can be seen that the application of mobile learning devices in basic teaching has become an irresistible development direction.Although about mobile learning theory research at home and abroad has been going on for many years,but the application of mobile learning in primary school is still little research,and the movement of the primary school learning in practice still exist many problems,so about the present situation of the elementary school higher grades students off campus mobile learning research has important practical significance.Firstly,this paper used the literature method to sort out the research results at home and abroad,laying a theoretical foundation for the following research,and digging out the shortcomings in the existing research to determine the research direction.And then analyze the connotation and characteristics of mobile learning,determine the research of mobile learning four main dimensions: mobile learning devices,mobile,mobile learning strategies and learning resources and content to mobile learning attitude,and compiled the student questionnaire and parents,at the same time on the part of the school teacher interview,combined with analysis of the questionnaire and interview and finishing,it is concluded that senior pupils move outside the present situation of the study,found that mobile learning in the primary stage of existing problems,analyze causes;Next,in order to make more effective use of mobile devices for primary school students to learn,countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of students,parents,schools and teachers,and developers of mobile learning resources.Finally,the research conclusion,research deficiencies and prospects of this paper.The results show that: 1.Mobile learning hardware conditions are mature,but the use efficiency is low;2.Mobile learning still has good prospects for development inelementary school 3.There are a variety of factors that affect mobile learning,mobile learning first promotion,fragmentary,incomplete second mobile learning resources,huge difference between free resources and quality of high quality resources,lack of pertinence,interactivity and rich diversity,in addition,the elementary student mobile learning consciousness weak,lack of self-control,parents lack of supervision,teachers' lack of mobile learning design professional,the good and bad are intermingled information under the network environment disturbance,are all factors in the popularization of mobile learning in the primary phase.In order to improve the efficiency of using mobile devices to learn and solve problems in questionnaires and interviews,first of all,students must correct their learning attitude,study independently while taking into account cooperative learning,so as to guide practice with theory.Then it is necessary for parents to intervene in the time,place and length of mobile learning for their children,so as to set an example for their children while strictly controlling the use of mobile devices.Next,schools need to strengthen information skills training for teachers,and teachers need to improve the professional quality of mobile learning;Finally,on the basis of integrating and improving existing resources,developers of mobile learning resources develop targeted,interactive and colorful learning resources and improve the evaluation and feedback mechanism of mobile learning.
