Teacher flow is an important means to promote the balanced allocation of teachers and improve the quality of teachers.Reasonable teacher flow is conducive to optimizing the structure of teachers,improving the construction of teachers and promoting the professional development of teachers.Only when the teacher resources flow fully and unobstructed,can they achieve the optimal allocation,can they effectively activate the high-quality education resources,and it is convenient to implement the research on teacher mobility in the county,which is feasible and more operable.In view of this,the author chooses primary and secondary school teachers in compulsory education stage in T City,a county-level city in Jiangsu Province,as the research object.Through the collation of domestic and foreign literature on the flow of teachers in the compulsory education stage in the county,to understand the current situation of teacher flow.At the same time,based on the path dependence theory,opportunity cost theory,specific human capital theory,push-pull theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and social network theory,this study explores the beneficial exploration of teachers' flow in the county based on the rational thinking of teachers' flow.It is found that the external constraints of relevant policies and the multiple concerns of teachers hinder the free flow of primary and secondary school teachers in the county.The specific conclusions are as follows: the overall willingness of professional mobility is not strong,young teachers are more inclined to professional mobility,family factors are the main obstacles to school transfer,the stability of teachers' work is the main reason to hinder the transfer,and civil servants become the transfer The popular occupation,province and county are the main areas where teachers expect to flow.Family factors are the most important motivation for career mobility,personal development space is the most important factor in self factors,children's education is the most important family factor,school and social factors are relatively weak motivation.The most important reason for teachers to support teaching is that most of them are mainly organized and deployed,and a considerable part of them choose examination,exercise ability and evaluate professional titles.Most of the flow depends on social network resources,and the intermediary is animportant link to realize the flow.The following suggestions are put forward: To stimulate teachers' enthusiasm,improve their awareness of active participation in the flow,reform teachers' personnel management system,change "unit person" into "system person",improve teachers' professional realm,balance the relationship between family and work,optimize the screening mechanism of teachers' flow,improve teachers' flow policy,and reflect people-oriented.I hope that the writing based on this paper can make clear the current situation of teachers' flow in compulsory education in T City,so as to provide decision-making reference for the effective implementation of teachers' full and reasonable flow.
