Promoting the flow of teachers in County compulsory education schools is the key work to realize the balanced development of county compulsory education.On the basis of literature review,this paper investigates the current situation of teachers' flow in County compulsory education schools,analyzes the comprehensive factors of teachers' flow in County compulsory education schools from three aspects of environment,school and teachers,explores the causes of teachers' flow in County compulsory education schools,and deeply analyzes the characteristics of teachers' flow in County compulsory education schools On the basis of this,the paper explores the establishment of strategies to regulate the flow of teachers in County compulsory education schools,and practices the policy of teacher flow in Z Town,D County,to test and improve the Countermeasures in practice.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Chapter one: introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the topic,the significance of the research and the key problems to be solved.Based on the key words of "teacher flow" and "balanced development of education",this paper searches and collects the literature,and on the basis of fully combing the existing research results,puts forward all the problems to be solved in the paper research,designs the research ideas and selects the research methods.Chapter two: concept definition and theoretical tools.This paper defines the important concepts involved in the paper,and chooses the theory of educational equity and the theory of educational resource allocation as analysis tools to provide theoretical guidance for the research of the paper.Chapter three: the investigation and statistical analysis of the current situation of teachers' flow in County compulsory education schools.Through the form of questionnaire and interview,we can fully understand the flow of teachers in County compulsory education schools and the characteristics of influencing factors.The fourth chapter: To explore the construction of county compulsory education school teacher flow countermeasures.According to the characteristics of the factors that affect the flow of teachers in the county compulsory education schools,this paper explores the establishment of strategies to promote the flow of teachers in the county compulsory education schools from the three dimensions of environment,schools and teachers.The fifth chapter: in Z Town,D County,the case of promoting the flow of teachers in compulsory education schools in the county.Through the teaching practice of Z Town(experimental town)and J Town(control town)in D County,we can test and perfect the flow control strategy of teachers in compulsory education schools in the county.Chapter six: suggestions and shortcomings of the paper.Summarize the research conclusions,find out the deficiencies in the research process,and improve in the follow-up study.
