Education equity is the foundation of social justice.Compulsory education is the basic education stage.It can be said that the fairness of compulsory education is not only the basis of education equity,but also the foundation of social justice.With the rapid development of economy,there are unidirectional flow,disorderly flow and serious loss of compulsory teachers,which seriously affects the balanced allocation of teachers and damages the fairness of education.This article intends to investigate the compulsory education schools of Jintang County,Sichuan Province,explore the flow of the compulsory education teachers in the county situation,find out the influence factors of the reasonable flow of the teachers of compulsory education in the county and countermeasures and suggestions are given.This paper hopes to provide some basis for the relevant research,but also can provide a certain basis for the educational administrative departments to formulate relevant policies.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction.The research background and significance of this paper are briefly introduced,at the same time,it also explains the research purpose,research ideas,research content and research methods.The second part is literature review.The influence factors and countermeasures of the reasonable flow of teachers at home and abroad are reviewed and analyzed.The third part is about the current flow of compulsory education teachers in Jintang County.The fourth part combined with the survey data,analyzes the influence factors of the reasonable flow of compulsory education teachers in Jintang County,including School concept factor,law and regulation factors,economic factors,social factors,school management factors,leading factors,work factors,family factors and personal factors.The fifth part is the practical experience of the reasonable flow of teachers in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.The sixth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to guide and regulate the reasonable flow of compulsory education teachers in the county.In view of the factors influencing the rational flow of compulsory education teachers in the county and the practical experience of teachers at home and abroad,the author puts forward some countermeasures to guide and standardize the rational flow of compulsory education teachers in order to balance the development of compulsory education.The seventh part is conclusion.This paper,by investigating the current situation of compulsory education teachers in Jintang County,determines nine factors affecting the rational flow of compulsory education teachers in the county,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including the transformation of education concept;strengthening the construction of laws and regulations to promote the rational flow of teachers;increasing financial investment and efforts to improve the treatment of teachers;creating a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers;optimization of school management system;enhancing the highly influential leadership;improving the working environment of teachers;taking full account of family problems;increasing the investment of training and improving the training system to meet the personalized development of teachers.
