students in vocational and ideological and political classes,try to find out the problems existing in the cultivation of self-learning ability of secondary vocational students and the main reasons,to put forward effective strategies.Highlight the era characteristics of ideological and political lessons in secondary vocational education,fully implement the fundamental task of “people-oriented,student-oriented”,adhere to“people-oriented,life-oriented”,and regard students’ healthy growth as the fundamental starting point and end of ideological and political education in secondary vocational education,to help students establish the correct outlook on life,values,and world outlook,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,and temper their perseverance,so that students have the knowledge and abilities needed for lifelong learning and success,and let their youthful dreams flow through the great practice of Chinese dream.In order to cultivate students’ all-round development and reach the goal of comprehensive education,as a philosophical teacher,the new teaching concept should be based on the innovative teaching model to carry out the ideological and political curriculum innovation and strengthen the cultivation of students’ independent learning ability.The secondary vocational students coincide with the “sexual jointing” period of life.The learning process at this stage is the development period of students’ thinking habits,cognitive foundations and emotional habits.Only students can actively construct learning objectives,implement learning plans efficiently,and effectively evaluate them.The learning ability of learning outcomes can enable students to have a learning consciousness of learning and learning,a correct cognitive foundation for learning,a learning habit that is good at summarizing reflection,a accumulation of knowledge acquisition and transformation,and a self-regulated learning.Quality,the cornerstone of lifelong learning,therefore,it is crucial to constantly change the teaching concept and enhance the teacher’s quality in order to develop comprehensive and high-quality students.The ideological and political teacher is not only a evangelist and decipherer of knowledge,but also a guide for students to grow up.Therefore,considering that in order to train high-quality and highly skilled graduates,it is urgent for ideological and political teachers to change teaching concepts,improve teaching literacy,and ensure corresponding mechanisms.This paper is based on the ideological and political course of secondary vocational school,and carries out related research on the self-learning ability of secondary vocational students.It is divided into four parts:The first part mainly analyzes the background and significance of the research topic selection of the self-learning ability of the ideological and political students in the secondary vocational school,and discusses the domestic and foreign research status,research methods and characteristics.The second part is an overview of the self-learning ability of secondary vocational students,including the meaning of self-learning ability,the learning characteristics of the secondary vocational students,the main theoretical basis for the cultivation of self-learning ability,and the importance reaching significance of cultivating self-learning ability of students in vocational ideological and political classes.In the third part,through the two surveys of classroom observation and interview,we can understand the current situation of the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability in the ideological and political course of secondary vocational students.It mastered the main problems in the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability in the current ideological and political classrooms,and further summarized the main reasons that affect the cultivation of the self-learning ability of secondary vocational students from both teachers and students.The fourth part is to carry out effective strategy research on the main problems in the cultivation of students’ self-learning ability in the ideological and political education class and the causes of the problems.Through the “people-oriented,student-oriented” main line of education,starting from the three dimensions of students,teachers,and schools combined with the three elements of autonomous learning ability(that is,actively constructing learning goals,efficiently implementing learning plans,and effectively evaluating learning results),based on cognitive foundation,emotional attitude,behavioral habits,and starting from the four focus points of learning attitude,we will carry out teaching reform on the three levels of accuracy of ideological and political courses,classroom teaching and practical teaching after class,emphasizing the improvement of students’ self-planning learning ability,self-management ability,self-control ability,self-summative and self-evaluation ability,to effectively strengthen students’ self-motivation learning ability and achieve the purpose of comprehensive education. |
