Nowadays,the world has entered the era of knowledge-based economy.With the rapid development of science and technology,new inventions,innovations,new technologies and new information emerging in an endless stream,many countries are stepping up to enhance their comprehensive national strength based on science,technology and economy.The increasingly fierce international competition in the final analysis is the competition of comprehensive national strength,talent and human quality.Nowadays,the world and the future era have put forward high requirements for people's quality.Only when the educatees have strong ability of self-study and inquiry,can they open the treasure house of future knowledge and become useful talents with the ability of sustainable development,so as to meet the needs of economic construction and social development.Mr.Ye Shengtao,an educator of our country,once said,"Students should learn the skills of self-study.Teachers should guide and help students to learn self-learning skills.The ability of self-study is an inexhaustible ability,so energy storage is necessary.Therefore,the ideological and political teachers should take the cultivation of students' self-study ability as the focus of teaching in their daily teaching.This paper summarizes and summarizes the author's preliminary exploration and attempt in the process of cultivating students' self-study ability in politics teaching in senior high school.The full text is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the theoretical basis of the research,the research methods and innovations of the paper.The second part elaborates the theory of students' autonomous learning in high school ideological and political course.The third part analyses the problems and reasons in the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability in the ideological and political course of senior high school.The fourth part puts forward the practical exploration of effective ways to improve students' autonomous learning ability in high school ideological and political course.The last part is to improve the effect and reflection of the students' autonomous learning ability in the ideological and political course of senior high school.
