With the development of society,people are more and more aware of the importance of time,and pay more attention to the management of time.As the leader of the class,only by making full use of the limited time in class,can the teacher make the best use of the limited time in class,can the efficiency of class teaching be improved.This research through the correlation literature and the theory combing,uses the questionnaire to carry on the survey to the Z Primary School 32 Elementary School senior section teachers,carries on the observation to the classroom teaching each link and records each link time,unifies to the front-line teacher interview,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of classroom teaching time management in the high years of primary school,and tries to put forward some strategies to improve the management of classroom teaching time.This research is divided into five parts.In this study,the present situation of teachers' classroom teaching time management was investigated by means of questionnaire,classroom observation and interview,and analyzed from three aspects: Sense of time value,time monitoring ability and time feedback ability,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of teachers' classroom teaching time in the upper years of primary school,and combines the problems with the results of interviews with teachers,analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally puts forward some improving strategies.There are three problems in classroom teaching time management: The imbalance between teachers' time value sense and time management value sense;the imbalance of teaching time distribution in class;and the lack of positive reflection after class.In view of the problems,the following reasons are summed up: teachers' lack of concept of classroom time management,teachers' weak professional ability,lack of time feedback ability after class and teachers' professional training need to be improved.In the light of the existing problems and combining with the analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward the following improving strategies: first,teachers should optimize the concept of classroom time management,strengthen the understanding of the importance of classroom teaching time and improve the thought of Classroom Teaching Time Management;To improve the ability of classroom teaching timemanagement,teachers should organize the teaching content before class,design the teaching link scientifically,consider the best time domain of students' study and reduce the waste of unnecessary time,improve the utilization ratio of classroom teaching time;Finally,after-class teachers should strengthen the feedback ability of classroom teaching time,reflect on the problems in time management,promote communication among teachers,and actively learn the methods of time management.
