As a high-level form of school-enterprise cooperation,the order-based talent training model has shown strong vitality since the day it came into being.With decades of practice and development,order-based training has undergone a transition from budding to maturing,and has gradually become an important means of innovative talent training models in higher vocational colleges and an important starting point for improving the quality of talent training and the quality of student employment.This study is based on the current economic and social development of my country’s current demand for high-level technical skills talents,comprehensively using literature research methods,questionnaire methods,interview methods,and policy analysis methods,through the structural relationship between school-enterprise cooperation and order-based training.Relevant analysis,sorting out the development stage of my country’s order-based talent training model,summarizing the problems existing in the practice of my country’s current order-based talent training model,and constructing a guarantee system and order-based talent training model suitable for the current development status of my country’s higher vocational colleges mechanism.This article first summarizes the current research status of the order-based talent training model and the school-enterprise cooperation model at home and abroad,defines the two core concepts of the order-based talent training model and school-enterprise cooperation,and starts from the perspective of the order-based talent training model.Starting with the five practical elements of training objectives,curriculum system,faculty,management system and evaluation system,clarify the structural connection between the practical elements,and clarify the logical relationship between school-enterprise cooperation and the order-based talent training model.Then,it sorts out the practical development process of the order-based talent training model for more than 30 years,divides it into three stages: the budding stage,the initial exploration and the development and perfection,and reveals the evolution logic of the order-based talent training model.The types of order-based talent training models are classified according to two different classification standards.The method of text analysis is used to analyze the talent training programs of 10 "order classes" in3 higher vocational colleges around five practical elements,and the investigation and analysis of the "order class" teachers and students through questionnaires and interviews The current situation of the development of the order-based talent training model in higher vocational colleges in my country,summarizes the problems existing in the practice of "order class" at this stage,including the training goal is out of the actual needs of the job,the curriculum system emphasizes theory and ignores practice,and "dual teacher type" Lack of teachers,etc.,and analyze the root cause of the problem.Finally,in view of the problems in the practice of the order-based talent training model,it proposes to improve and innovate the guarantee system and institutional mechanism of the order-based talent training model based on school-enterprise cooperation.
