The administrative system of basic education in China has undergone many years of continuous revision and improvement,and the reform of the administrative system of basic education has also made great progress.In order to truly improve the management level of basic education and make good use of the favorable environment of educational system reform,a number of reform model schools are set up in the region where the school is located in this paper.In this paper,the school is a demonstration school in the pilot reform of the management system of private basic education schools.In this paper,based on zhucheng non-government education school S middle school as the research object,supported by flattening management theory,on the basis of the current basic education flating management research,through the literature for school flating management performance evaluation system,using questionnaire and interview way for schools flat-styled management ideas,leading system,school management process,quality education management,school management,teacher management,culture management to analyze multi-index evaluation,summarizes and induces the zhucheng S middle school in various aspects of flating management results,At the same time,the problems in school management such as school leadership system,school planning,implementation and teacher management are found and analyzed.In the process of the reform of flat management,the school management level is compressed.Implementation power down,reduce the information transmission delay and distortion,and played a grade's work enthusiasm and creativity,reduce the working pressure of the headmaster's study,exercise and improved its middle management cadres,decentralization,the management center of gravity from the President down to the specific business unit,the principal can free from multifarious affairs,but also inspired the middle-level managers work enthusiasm and grade.To improve the quality of teaching,we can consider the individual needs of the managed teachers and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of educational management.It promotes the growth of teachers,cultivates the spirit of teamwork and improves the cohesion of the school.In view of the problems encountered in teacher management,system construction,democratic decision-making and school management methods in the investigation and evaluation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.
