Statistical Analysis And Research On Agricultural Products Trade Between China And Countries Along The New Eurasian Continental Bridge

With the deepening of economic globalization and integration,China's economy has entered a new stage.The Belt and Road initiative,was put forward by President Xi in2013 to help develop the world and contribute to the development of other countries in the future.Its strategic pattern of connecting the East and the West provides a blueprint for the sustainable development of China and the world economy.Among the six international economic cooperation corridors to be jointly built,the new Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor has become one of the oldest,most comprehensive and most convenient economic corridors connecting Asia,Europe and the west,which can best reflect the charactor of the Belt and Road initiative's ecnomic geography.The construction of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge provides conditions for connecting the Asian and European markets,and provides a broad trade platform.China's economic and trade relations with the countries along the new Eurasian Continental Bridge have been continuously deepened,and the trade of agricultural products has been continuously developed.However,there are still problems in China's agricultural trade,such as the concentration of trade objects,the single structure,and the expanding trade deficit Trade growth is constrained.Based on this,China should make full use of the Belt and Road initiative,and actively open up the agricultural product trade market along the new Asian Eurasian Continental Bridge,and improve the plight of China's agricultural trade.First of all,this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural trade between China and the countries along the new Eurasian Continental Bridge,summarizes the trade structure,trade volume and sub route trade,and finds some problems in agricultural trade between China and the countries along the new Eurasian Continental Bridge.Secondly,by measuring the dominant comparative advantage index and trade complementarity index of agricultural products between China and the countries along the line,this paper analyzes the competitiveness and complementarity of agricultural products of both sides,combs the trade relations between China and the countries along the line,and makes a preliminary analysis of the trade potential.Then,by constructing a stochastic frontier gravity model,the paper calculates the bilateral trade and export trade efficiency between China and the countries along the new Eurasian Continental Bridge,further analyzes the trade potential of both sides,and analyzes the factors affecting the trade efficiency.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted suggestions and adjusts relevant policies and development strategies according to the reality.The results show that:(1)the scale of bilateral trade between China and the countries along the new Eurasian Continental Bridge is expanding,and the trade deficit is increasing significantly.(2)The trade object and trade structure are relatively concentrated.(3)The competitiveness of agricultural products of both sides is weak,and the complementarity needs to be improved.(4)The per capita GDP and population of both sides of trade have a positive effect on trade;trade facilitation,tariff and system quality have an impact on trade efficiency of both sides.(5)China's export trade with countries along the belt and road is inefficient and has huge trade potential.Therefore,in view of the above results,this paper proposes to guarantee the quality of agricultural products,enhance the agricultural products' competitiveness,reduce the trade deficit;give full play to the dominant comparative advantage,optimize the trade structure of agricultural products;strengthen the construction of infrastructure and logistics,improve the degree of trade facilitation;adhere to the development strategy of establishing free trade zones with countries along the line;implement the trade cooperation of agricultural products due to the "line" conditions Make suggestions.
