Internationalization of education has become an important strategy in many countries and the general consensus of educational development. With the internationalization of education, international education and international student mobility is an important part and metrics.Along with the evolution and expansion of globalization, more and more students go abroad to seek high-quality higher education opportunities, the frequency and breadth are showing an upward trend accelerated.International trade in educational services as an emerging field, has become an important part of international services trade,it is not only related to people's lives, but it is a manifestation of the level of education and the development of the country 's comprehensive national strength.Throughout 30 years of constantly opening up of China 's education reform, and it has promoted the rapid development of trade in education services, improving the level of internationalization of education. However, although Chinese economy increases very fast, the export trade in education services is increasing, but there is a large amount of educational services trade deficit problem, and this situation is not consistent with our country 's great power status.Currently, education services trade in Europe and America and other developed countries brings great benefits to the national economy, which is our case in stark contrast.Because the deepening international level, people who study in China and abroad are increasing simultaneously. From 1978 to 2011,our country has a total of 2.24 million study abroad, people who study in China are 2.2 million. In 2011,the Chinese abroad increased by 20% over 2010,more and students come to study in China, which has reached 300,000,but the situation is still in very serious deficit. The paper, based on the gravity model to construct an appropriate analytical framework, factors constraining the growth of China's higher education overseas consumption analysis empirically, and thus puts forward measures to expand exports of higher education. In this paper, the selected data is about the number of students in China in 2003 ~ 2012,13 major importing countries and higher education-related data,on the basis of model fitting, the corresponding study.Based on the trade gravity model,I assess the scale of bilateral economic trade factors, income level, spatial distance and institutional arrangements for the contribution of higher education in China's exports.Regression analysis showed that the level of the national economy has a significant impact on education exports, and little effect of distance on trade in education services, foreign trade in education services.China has great potential, and there is a room for improvement. In the final, connecting the model results and other factors existing articles analyze,I gave the corresponding policy recommendations for the future development of the business of education.
