Under the background that the state attaches great importance to the construction of a powerful marine country,marine education plays an extremely important role in both the inheritance of local culture and the comprehensive development of individuals.However,compared with marine education in primary and secondary schools,the implementation of preschool marine education started late,and there is still a lack of overall research on the current situation of Marine Education in kindergartens.With the help of questionnaire method,interview method,observation method and text analysis method,the kindergarten in n District of Q City,which is located on the coastline,supported by the marine education policy of the higher level and has more characteristics of marine education development,is selected for investigation and research.Based on the overall investigation and analysis in the early stage,the three kindergartens are further studied.This paper summarizes the different development stages of Marine Education in kindergartens from two aspects: the spontaneous attempt of individual kindergartens and the promotion of higher-level policies,i.e."the initial development of Marine Education under individual attempt" and "the in-depth development of marine education after policy promotion".Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the situation of individual kindergartens' spontaneous exploration of marine education,the shallow trial state of marine education activities,the introduction of relevant policies of higher authorities and their different responses,as well as the measures taken by kindergartens to expand marine education.Based on the analysis and discussion of the development stage of kindergarten's marine education,it is found that the kindergarten has achieved some implementation results in this process,mainly reflected in the design and implementation of relevant activities of kindergarten's marine education.At the same time,the current kindergarten marine education is still facing different implementation difficulties,mainly including:Teachers' narrow learning path of marine knowledge,limited understanding,teachers' lack of self-confidence;teachers' marine education activity design and implementation ability need to be improved;teachers' lack of active thinking and research,and certain dependence on existing teaching resources;the head of the kindergarten is distracted and the curriculum is leading There is still a gap between the teacher training organized by higher authorities and the actual needs of kindergartens.In this regard,some suggestions are put forward,such as kindergarten teachers: actively expand the marine knowledge reserve through various ways;build a learning community to improve the practical abilityof the curriculum in the experience accumulation;change the role of teachers to become researchers and innovators of the curriculum.At the kindergarten level: stimulate the teaching and research vitality of marine education,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,build and improve marine education courses,and pursue the practical significance of activities.At the administrative level of Education: expand the coverage of training,provide targeted guidance in line with the actual situation of the Institute;establish marine curriculum resource pool,follow up the support of teaching resources;strengthen dialogue and communication between all departments,and work together to promote marine education.
