Classes are formed by classifying students with similar ages and levels of knowledge to achieve an educational purpose.Class management is a dynamic process,which is a goal-oriented,purpose-oriented,organized class student activity led by the class teacher.Class management is the teacher in charge of the class.According to certain purposes and requirements,it adopts certain means and measures to guide the whole class to plan,organize and control various resources in the classroom to realize the organizational activities of the educational goals.However,in the actual education and teaching activities,there are various problems in class management,such as: the class teacher's "one-word hall",the old management method,the lack of democracy,and the low participation of students.In particular,the current round of curriculum reform emphasizes“focusing on cultivating students' independence and autonomy”,and the concept of class self-management came into being.Let students self-organize,self-manage,self-control,self-evaluation,and let students truly become the "masters" of the classroom.From the perspective of front-line teachers,combined with the theory and practical experience of class self-management at home and abroad,this paper takes the self-administration of primary school students as the entry point,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the teachers,students and class cadres of Qingdao Tongan Road Primary School.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of class self-management in Tongan Road Primary School in Qingdao.It analyzes the problems existing in the process of class self-management management,analyzes the causes of problems,and discusses the “L” mode and the whole of the class-led cadres leading the primary school class.The "S" mode in which members participate,proposes that in the specific class self-management practice,it is necessary to comprehensively play the characteristics of the two modes according to the specific management scenarios,implement the "L+S" class self-management,and establish the core leadership of the class cadres.And the group points management mechanism provides a long-term mechanism for all students to fully participate in class self-management,improve the ability of student group cooperation and independent learning,and implement the requirements of quality-oriented education "people-oriented,all-round development".
