In recent years,with the large-scale entry of female employees into the labor market,professional women groups have begun to receive attention.Seizing the work and family needs of professional women and improving the competitiveness of professional women will help promote the growth of women employees and the development of their careers,and improve the role of women employees in economic development.As a favorable organizational resources,family supportive supervisor behavior can maximize the promotion of family harmony and career development for female employees.Therefore,based on social exchange theory,resource conservation theory and resource-gain-development view,this study explores the mediating role of work-family enrichment in family supportive supervisor behavior and career success,as well as the moderating role of gender role attitudes.This study takes 382 professional women as the research subjects and empirically examines the relationship between family supportive supervisors behaviors and career success.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Family supportive supervisors behaviors have a positive effect on work-family enrichment.Specifically,emotional support,instrumental support,role modeling,and creative work-family management respectively have a positive effect on family-to-work enrichment.Emotional support and role modeling have a significant positive effect onwork-to-family enrichment.(2)Work-family enrichment has a positive effect on career success significantly.Among them,work-to-family enrichment has a positive effect on the career competitiveness,career satisfaction;family-to-work enrichment has a positive effect on career competitiveness.(3)Work-family enrichment play a partial mediating role in the positive role of family supportive supervisors behaviors and career success.(4)Gender role attitudes play a moderating role in the positive role of family supportive supervisors behaviors and career success.Finally,through the analysis and discussion of the data results,it provides policy recommendations for the management practice of the company,and puts forward the shortcomings of the article and the focus of the future research.
