The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)insists on making it our misson to train new people to undertake the great task of national rejuvenation,and accelerated the development of more equitable and higher-quality education.It also puts forward that we should focus on the core of comprehensively improving the quality of education,vigorously develop quality-oriented education,comprehensively improve the way of teaching and learning,establish and improve the student-development-oriented teaching relationship,strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents,and focus on improving students' ability to find problems,put forward problems,analyze problems and solve problems.Thus it can be seen that the problem-proposing ability is the key factor that affects the cultivation of talents.At the same time,the nature of biology courses is more inclined to research courses.In order to learn research courses well,students are required to have critical thinking,the ability to raise questions and the courage to question.Based on the research and analysis of relevant literature and the author's teaching experience,this study took all the biology teachers and some students in juxian no.1 middle school and juxian no.2 middle school as research objects,designed a questionnaire to investigate the current situation of students' problem presenting ability,and analyzed the reasons affecting students' problem presenting ability.On the basis of investigating the causes affecting students' ability to propose questions,this paper puts forward effective strategies for cultivating students' ability to propose questions,and proves the effectiveness of these strategies by combining with a two-month teaching control experiment.This paper aims to provide feasible Suggestions for senior high school biology teachers to improve students' ability to raise questions,and to promote the common development of students' abilities in various aspects.This paper mainly adopts literature research,investigation,observation,experimental research and other research methods.The main content of this paper mainly includes five aspects.I.The introduction of the question:briefly introduced the research background,research status,research significance,research ideas and methods.II.The theoretical research of the question:including the concept,classification,educational value and theoretical basis of the question.III.The investigation and analysis of the current situation:on the basis of clarifying the purpose of the investigation and the object of the investigation,combined with the questionnaire and interview,the author analyzes the reasons affecting students' ability to propose questions mainly from four aspects: First,there are cognitive deviations,such as the textbook knowledge must be authoritative and the teacher's teaching must be correct;Second,there are emotional barriers,students do not want to ask,students dare not ask;Third,the teacher factor,such as the teacher is not enough attention to students' questions;Fourth,the students in the question method is deficient,such as the question way is wrong,the problem expression description is not accurate and so on.IV.The study of strategies to cultivate students' ability to propose questions:Firstly,it proposes relevant strategies based on the reasons,mainly including emotional encouragement to make students fall in love with asking questions.Create a good classroom atmosphere for students to ask questions and so on,and then carry out experimental research in the teaching process by using the class comparison,and record the experimental results.V.Analysis and discussion of the experimental results:the analysis mainly includes four aspects: the analysis of the quantity of problems,the analysis of the quality of problems,the transformation of students' inner emotions,and the analysis of learning results,so as to verify the effectiveness of the strategy of cultivating the ability to propose problems.VI.Conclusion and reflection:We briefly discusses the conclusion of this paper,reflect on the shortcomings of the paper,and put forward the research direction that should be improved in the future.
