Confucian humanistic spirit is an irreplaceable treasure of Chinese traditional culture formed over thousands of years.The outstanding traditional culture of Confucianism has also exerted a profound influence in various fields all over the world.The Confucian humanistic spirit emphasizes the humanistic value of "human-oriented",pursues the excellent personality of "gentleman",and improves the self-cultivation constantly in life.These cultural quintessence have great significance in correcting and guiding the problems in the moral construction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.As an important part of higher education,College PE teachers are the main force of the construction of physical culture in Colleges and universities,and also the important force for the development of higher education.In December 2019,the Ministry of education and other seven departments issued the opinions on strengthening and improving the construction of teachers' Ethics in the new era,highlighting the importance of the construction of teachers' ethics and ethos,it is emphasized again that “Ethics Education and People Cultivation” is the key goal and requirement in the current education reform.In order to achieve this goal,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' moral level including College PE teachers.The construction of teachers' ethics should be rooted in the traditional excellent culture and absorb the essence.Therefore,the integration of traditional Confucian spirit into the construction of College PE teachers' ethics is an adaptation to the requirements of the new era and an application to the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and also an important step in the development of College PE teachers' ethics.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics and so on.Starts from the analysis of the phenomenon of teachers' moral anomie and the lack of humanistic spirit in the construction of College teachers' ethics.By elaborating the correction and guidance function of the Confucian humanistic spirit to the construction of College PE teachers' ethics,aims at exploring the way of integrating Confucian humanistic spirit into the construction of College PE teachers' ethics,The preliminary conclusions are as follows:1.At present,there are some Anomies in the construction of Collage PE Teachers' ethics,such as weak sense of dedication,weak sense of self-improvement,weak sense of educating people and lack of humanistic spirit,which not only damages the group image of Collage PE teachers,but also hinders the construction of PE culture in Colleges and universities,which shows that the construction of College PE Teachers' ethics needs to be strengthened.2.The integration of Confucian humanistic spirit into the moral construction of College PE teachers in Shandong Province is conducive to the improvement of the ethics level of College PE teachers,helps to inherit and carry forward China's excellent traditional culture,and promotes the construction of teachers' ethics style in the new era,it also promotes the development strategy of traditional culture inheritance and promotes the soft power of Chinese culture.3.Confucian humanistic spirit,such as people-oriented,benevolent,erudite,dedicated,life-long learning,respect for teachers and education,integrity,sense of responsibility for suffering,righteousness and benefit,can provide effective cultural element support for the construction of College PE Teachers' ethics.4.Under the guidance of "gentleman" personality,according to the principles of justice and benefit,peace and poverty,benevolence and propriety,self-examination and self-control,and practical application,the standardized indicator system of Collage PE teachers' ethics is composed of 7 first-class indicators and 66second-class indicators,which can provide effective method support for the construction of Collage PE teachers' ethics in Shandong Province.5.Under the guidance of the thought of "rule by virtue",an evaluatio index system of College PE Teachers' morality is established,which includes both "moral character" and "moral behavior".It is composed of six first-class evaluation indexes and 45 second-class evaluation indexes.It can provide reference for the evaluation of College PE Teachers' morality in Shandong Province.6.Based on the Confucian humanistic spirit,such measures as carrying forward the spirit of "humanism",remolding the educational concept,attaching importance to the spirit of "righteousness and benefit",improving the personal quality,strengthening the spirit of "practice",striving to be proficient in learning,strengthening the spirit of "music and Taoism",enhancing the sense of dedication,following the spirit of "teaching and Taoism",and playing the role of an example can provide the theory and practice support for improving the construction level of physical education teachers' morality in Colleges and universities in Shandong Province.7.The implementation of the construction of Collage PE teachers' ethics in Shandong Province Based on the Confucian humanistic spirit can be guaranteed by strengthening the policy guarantee,perfecting the education laws and regulations,increasing the investment of teachers' training funds,improving the assessment system of teachers' morality,and implementing the control of public opinion according to law.
