The purpose of teachers' career is to educate people and shape talents.It is an important step of national progress and prosperity,so it is highly valued by the government and the society.As a guide,University Teachers' professional ethics is worthy of attention.In recent years,the mainstream morality of university teachers is overall healthy,but we can?t ignore a small number of teachers' moral disorder,moreover its bad influence is very extensive and serious.Some teachers' improper actions not only violated the teacher's professional principles but also corrupted the good image of the whole university teachers' team.Therefore,it is necessary and Imperative to strengthen the College Teachers' Morality.In order to further optimize and improve the quality of teachers' morality to enable teachers make greater contributions to the progress and development of colleges and universities in the field of teaching knowledge and educating people and academic research,this paper uses literature research,interdisciplinary research,survey research,etc,regards to strengthen teachers' moral construction as research theme,at first analyzes teachers' moral concepts in detail,such as teachers' morality,self-discipline of teachers' morality,ethics heteronomy,and traces the theoretical basic of teachers' morality and ethics heteronomy.Secondly the author sum up the problems existing in the premise of the overall good morality of college teachers through the questionnaire survey,mainly embodied in teaching consciousness,lack of academic integrity and academic corruption etc.then the author analyze in detail moral problems objective and subjective reasons In objective aspect,the unbalance of teaching and research,the single management system of university teachers and the negative impact of the market economy have played a role in the promotion of teachers' morality landslide.In subjective aspect,the teachers' self-demand is reduced and the sense of responsibility is relaxed.Teachers' mentality is becoming increasingly impetuous,behavior being practical.Some traditional ideas influence the teachers.These factors cause teachers to produce misconduct of teachers' Morality.Finally,the author put forward personal suggestions on further strengthening the construction of teachers' morality.In the aspect of ethics self-discipline,the author hope that teachers achieve the internalization of the norms of the moral standards by a series of steps.In the process,teachers should enhance the sense of responsibility and form moral conscience and use it to judge right and wrong.In the aspect of ethics heteronomy,the author put forward many measures,including changing teachers' management mode,enriching the teachers' assessment standards,optimizing the design of the system of ethics and so on.The author hope that through the study on the five problems,the teachers of colleges and universities can deepen understanding of their own career to arouse the attention of teachers' morality construction,improve their level of morality and lead the social moral atmosphere of zonta.
