The18th National Party Congress report pointed out on the culturaland educational aspects that:"Culture is the lifeblood of the nation, thespiritual home of the people.To build a moderately prosperous society andachieve the great rejuvenation of our Chinese nation, we must promote thedevelopment and prosperity of socialist culture, advance the level of thesocialist construction, enhance national cultural soft power. Under thebackground of the promotion of the development of socialist cultureeducation career, the doctrine of Confucian ethics which serves as animportant part of Chinese traditional ethics culture, and still has importantguiding significance for culture education career development in collegesand universities in our country. As the source and essence of Confucian culture, the doctrine of Confucian ethics has the combination ofIdeological and Political Education professional content. Based on thecarding of the doctrine of Confucian ethics theory system, we dig up itscontemporary value of morality, and combine with the present situation ofthe Ideological and Political Education,study in theory and practice of thedoctrine for Ideological and Political Education in the development ofbeneficial ingredients, and puts forward the Confucian culture in collegesand universities into Ideological and Political education in colleges.Itneeds ourcollege education to shape a good education environment andadvocating moral practice and moral evaluation system, etc,to putsforward new requirements of Idelogical and Political Education.With the increasingly development of economy in our country inrecent years, the Ideological and Political Education has made certainprogress while it has faced with new opportunities and challenges aswell.The doctrine can give certain inspiration and innovation to the Ideological and Political Education.In this paper, by studying researchesand analysis of the doctrine of Confucian ethics, we combine withIdeological and Political Education presentsituation,starting from thesubject and object of education, and environmental factors, such asanalysis, trying to blend in the Confucian ethics in today’s colleges inIdeological and Political education, which can promote the development ofIdeological and Political Education in theory and practice.
