In recent years,with the implementation of the strategy of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”(the “double innovation” strategy),the Chinese government has issued a series of documents,taking entrepreneurship education as an important means and approaches to promote innovation and entrepreneurship,emphasizing the improvement of vocational education.The human mechanism is to cultivate talents with artisan spirit,emphasizing the cultivation and promotion of various types of personnel to innovate and start businesses through the cultivation of craftsmanship and entrepreneurship.As an important place for entrepreneurship education,secondary vocational schools,as an important subject of innovation and entrepreneurship,are also important practitioners of the craftsman spirit.Therefore,this paper discusses the cultivation status,problems and specific countermeasures of the craftsman spirit of secondary vocational students from the perspective of entrepreneurship education,which has important theoretical and practical significance.This thesis takes the secondary vocational students as the research object,based on the theory of needs hierarchy,the theory of “learn by doing” and the theory of all-round development of human beings.Based on the existing research results,the questionnaire on entrepreneurship education and artisan spirit is compiled.Education is divided into three dimensions: school teaching implementation factor,individual active participation factor and social support factor;artisan spirit is divided into three dimensions: dedication,excellence and innovation.Through the descriptive statistical analysis and interview analysis,it is found that the performance of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools exceeds the general level but does not reach the level of “better”.The secondary vocational students also perform more than the general level in the three dimensions of craftsmanship but have not reached“good” level,there is still much room to improve,the found indicates that secondary vocational schools have not yet formed a systematic entrepreneurship education system.Furthermore,the hierarchical regression analysis shows that the entrepreneurship education has a direct positive impact on the craftsmanship of secondary vocational students;entrepreneurial education has a significant positive impact on the craftsman spirit in the three dimensions of school teaching implementation factors,individual active participation factors and social support factors;Entrepreneurship education has a significant positive impact on professional dedication in the three dimensions of school teaching implementation factors,individual active participation factors and social support factors.Entrepreneurship education has two advantages in terms of school teaching implementation factors and individual active participation factors.Significant positive impact;entrepreneurship education has a significant positive impact on innovation in thetwo dimensions of individual active participation factors and social support factors.Finally,according to the results of the investigation and research,this paper proposes strategies for the cultivation of craftsmen in secondary vocational schools from three levels:government,school and individual.At the government level,people should improve their recognition of secondary vocational education,improve the quality of students in secondary vocational schools,create a good environment for artisans,guide the cultivation of Chinese workers' spirits,promote the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises,and build a platform for the cultivation of artisans.At the school level,the construction of the "double-type" faculty should be strengthened to enhance the cultivation awareness of the craftsman spirit;the methods of entrepreneurship education fostered by the craftsmanship of secondary vocational students should be explored;the second classroom of entrepreneurship education should be enriched,and the secondary vocational school with the spirit of artisans should be created.Atmosphere.At the individual level,we should learn and understand the spirit of craftsmen through entrepreneurial role models,experience the craftsmanship through internship training,and shape professional values in the spirit of artisans.
