Employment guidelines,government promotion of employment,and encouragement of entrepreneurship.It also explicitly requested the encouragement of multi-channel and multi-form employment to promote entrepreneurship and employment.Strengthen professional skills training,enhance the ability of workers to work for employment,and increase employment stability.These spirits put forward at the 18th National Congress of the People's Republic of China not only indicate the direction of development for entrepreneurial work in the present and future periods,but also provide entrepreneurship education for secondary vocational schools,which is the main body for secondary vocational students,to stimulate students' entrepreneurial potential and encourage students to start their own businesses.Provides the ideological foundation.Schools should boldly reform the traditional concept of education and establish a "capacity-based" education concept to achieve the connection between education and the market,and to connect with the society,to provide support and guarantee for the career development of the secondary vocational students,and to help the secondary vocational students to achieve a stable role change.It lays a solid foundation for the lifelong development of students.Therefore,this article takes the implementation management of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools as the research object,and starts from the research on the status of entrepreneurship education and management of secondary vocational students,and adopts literature research methods and investigation methods.Through consulting a large number of relevant research results,learning from the relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology,it reveals the problems and deficiencies in the current development of entrepreneurship education in secondary vocational schools.In view of the factors affecting and constraining the implementation difficulties and management of entrepreneurship education,a total of 300 students and 100 teachers in a secondary vocational and technical school in Tongzhou City,Jiangsu Province were investigated and researched for 12 weeks to further understand the entrepreneurial motivation of secondary vocational students.The current status and characteristics of entrepreneurial intentions,entrepreneurial abilities,and in-depth discussions of real problems and their causes have led to the urgent need for schools to reform entrepreneurship education management.According to the current situation of the practice of entrepreneurship education in A secondary vocational and technical schools,the author finds out that the orientation of entrepreneurship education is inaccurate,the pertinence is not strong,the content of entrepreneurial education is fragmented,the system is not enough,entrepreneurship education is simple,attractiveness is lacking,and entrepreneurship education activities In the form of flow,weaknesses in the practice,etc.,some tentative solutions were initially proposed.That is to say,teaching reforms will improve the students'entrepreneurial level;manage the school's entrepreneurship education system;improve the entrepreneurial education form and promote creativity through teaching;and establish a mechanism for fostering entrepreneurship in vocational schools.
