A Comparative Study On The Transfer Of Motor Skills In The Skiing Technique Of Single And Double Board Giant Slalom

Since the successful bidding of 2022 Winter Olympic Games,skiing,as a hot winter event,has become more and more popular among the public.In this paper,the main research direction is the comparison of sports skills transfer in single and double board large rotation skiing technology.The common elements of single and double board large rotation are summarized through APAS sports biomechanics analysis and skiing training.The purpose of this paper is to fill in the vacancy of skill transfer of the great swing skiing and promote the common development of single and double skiing.In this paper,literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods are used to carry out two experiments on the technology of single and double board big swing skiing.One is to select four athletes of single and double board big swing skiing for APAs shooting experiment and data analysis;the other is to select 20 athletes of ski club without physical fitness In the significant difference of skiing students,the experiment of skill transfer training was carried out.From the comparative analysis of sports biomechanics and skiing training experimental data: learn only the snowboard big rotation skiing;learn only the double board big rotation skiing;learn the double board big rotation skiing;learn the single board big rotation skiing,double board big rotation skiing four skiing learning methods to show different skiing effects.The results show that:The results show that:(1)the height of the center of gravity of the skier is U-shaped curve,the smaller the angle of the knee joint and hip joint,the lower the height of the center of gravity of the skier;the same taxiing track of the skier and the skier,the difference of the turning time is not significant.Using the analytical data of sports biomechanics can promote the movement skill transfer of single and double board big rotation skiing.(2)The edge,extension,incline,height of center of gravity,turning technology,sense of snow,balance force and body incline angle are positive transfer,while the foot force,arm function,visual effect,way of edge and direction of center of gravity are negative transfer.The flexibility and stronginterest of snowboarder's thinking are conducive to the learning of sports skills,while the negative ones Psychological suggestion is not conducive to the transfer of motor skills.(3)The transfer learning of snowboarding and snowboarding has an interactive effect.The experience basis of pre skills can accelerate the learning progress of post skills,and the learning of post skills can consolidate the pre skills.The better skiers master the pre skills,the more they lay the foundation for the post skills,the better the training effect.
