The Comparison Of Two Kinds Of Backstroke Turn-back Skill In Medley

ObjectiveThis research mainly analysis and study the two kinds of different medley flip turns via 14 swimmers full course kinematic parameter,to find out the difference and character between two flip turns,and find out which one is more effective and more faster,aims to help swimmers get better performance in competition.MethodsThis research took 14 national second rank athletes as test object,to shot by four cameras,two of them were above water,the other two cameras were underwater.Getting 10 m turn back total time,turning body's joint angle,diving depth,turn back speed kinematic parameter by using tritonwear and coach system software.And asking experts and researching and watching video.Results(1)In the comparison of the 5Mt,RT,Vp,the traditional flip turn was 3.89±0.36s?1.20±0.21 s and 2.11±0.61m/s;the new flip turn was 3.74±0.25s?0.86±0.14 s and 2.91±0.64m/s(2)In the comparison of knee angle and hip angle,the traditional flip turn was 82.00±13.39°and 103.33±7.45°;the new flip turn was 66.33±10.93° and 107.17±8.30°.(3)In the comparison of 10 Mt,the traditional flip turn was7.41±0.50 s and the new flip turn was7.13±0.19 s.Conclusion(1)The new flip turn is faster and effective than the traditional flip turn in Vp,Rt and 5Mt(2)The new flip turn was nearer “the golden angle”than the traditional flip turn,which means swimmers can go further by using the new flip turn.(3)According to 10 Mt,the new flip turn was faster than the traditional flip turn,the new skill can effectively improve athletes performance.
