Due to the core barriers of social interaction, children with autism make it difficult to initiate and respond to social communication,as well as the expression and understanding of social emotions, which greatly reduces the possibility of meaningful participation of autistic individuals in turn-taking activities.Social interaction is often carried out with the help of operable objects,so the operational games turn-taking based on manipulative objects is essential for children to participate in social interaction. The intervention of the operational games turn-taking has further promoted the development of children’s language ability, but the current domestic research on the operational games turn-taking in children with autism relies on the study of social skills, and often only one of these aspects is often examined when examining children’s response and initiation ability,or sporadically Parents’ home interventions provide recommendations, and there is a lack of complete intervention strategies that take turns responding and initiating capabilities.Based on this, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of the operational games turn-taking and response in children with autism, design the specific content and process of the intervention according to the Child Language Intervention ECNU Ladder Model, and verify its effectiveness.1.Study on the characteristics of the operational games turn-taking initiation and responds in autistic childrenSelf-written the operational games turn-taking test materials, including balls, toy cars and press ducks with rotational interactive features, tested 23 children with autism aged 6-11 years on their ability to initiate and respond. At the same time, the Mandarin Clinic Evaluation of Language Fundamental was used to evaluate the language ability of the above children, and the results showed that:(1)there was a high positive correlation between the operational games turn-taking of children with autism and their language ability.(2)There is no significant difference in the ability of children with autism to respond to and initiate items, and the development tends to be in the same direction.(3)The error type of taking turns to respond is manifested as:difficult to respond>response is not timely>abnormal response>no response. The Press Duck error type manifests as difficulty responding and abnormal responses.Toy car manifest themselves as difficult to respond, untimely responses, and abnormal responses. The ball,on the other hand,is an untimely and difficult response.(4)The type of error initiated in turn is manifested as:it is difficult to initiate>participation is not timely>the response is abnormal>no response.Press Duck scored the lowest, manifesting as difficulty initiating, untimely engagement, and abnormal response. The type of error of toy cars is mainly difficult to initiate and untimely participation. The main types of errors of "balls" are difficult to initiate and untimely participation.2.Intervention study on the operational games turn-taking initiation and response in autistic childrenBased on the above research, according to the Child Language Intervention ECNU Ladder Model, the relevant courses of the operational games turn-taking training are designed.A total of 8 children with autism were selected and 4 children in the experimental group were carried out for 8 interventions for 30 minutes each. The results showed that the rate of initiation and response in the experimental group after the intervention was 33.34%-66.67%,while the improvement rate of initiation ability in the control group was 0.The overall trend of the improvement rate of capabilities does not rise but falls. Two models of individualization and group intervention were adopted in the experimental group, and the results showed that both modes could effectively improve the ability of children to initiate and respond to op-each game in turn, and individualized intervention could effectively improve the rotational response ability of children with autism. The innovations of this study:(1)The test materials of the operational games turntaking of self-compiled reveal the relationship between the rotation ability and language ability of children with autism, and deeply analyze the types of errors of autistic children in the operation game, which provides a scientific basis for the clinical intervention of social skills of children with autism.(2)The content of prompt pedagogy in the Child Language Intervention ECNU Ladder Model was expanded, and the effectiveness of the strategy in group intervention and individualized intervention was verified by the design of two-group anteroposterior test experiments It provides clinicians with detailed ideas and actionable methods.
