Secondary vocational school students belong to a special group of students,with a complex family background and psychological state,they are trained directly for the market.In addition to organizing,educating and managing classes to promote the all-round development of students’morality,intelligence and physique,the head teacher of secondary vocational school must also help students build mental health,and guide them for individualized career development planning with reasonable career concepts and ideals.Therefore,the study on the construction of head teacher team in secondary vocational school is really related to the vocational education and social development,the construction of head teacher team plays an important role on vocational education.This paper mainly takes the D secondary vocational school of Jiangsu province as the research objects,and this study is expected to bring positive influence and reference to the construction of head teacher team in secondary vocational schools.In the paper,it first defines and analyzes the basic concepts of head teacher and secondary vocational school’s head teacher team construction.It also explains the necessity of the construction of head teachers in secondary vocational school and the patticularity of secondary vocational school compared with the general school;secondly,it makes an investigation and research on the current construction of head teacher team in the D secondary vocational school of Jiangsu province,and introduces the objects,methods and contents of the investigation.Questionnaire survey is carried out in five aspects:head teachers’team structure,self-development consciousness,employment and reward system,professional ability and professional training status in this secondary vocational school.Some leaders,teachers and students are interviewed,and a preliminary analysis was made on the investigation results;Then,through the in-depth analysis of the survey results,some problems in the construction of head teacher team in the secondary vocational school are discovered,such as the unreasonable allocation,the poor self-development awareness and the lack of professional ability for the head teacher,and the imperfection of the school’s employment,reward and training systems,and the causes are analyzed;In the end,some improvement strategies are put forward for the construction of head teacher team in secondary vocational school,including reasonable allocation,improving the self-development awareness and building a professional growth platform for head teachers,completing the employment,reward and training systems.The construction of the head teacher team in secondary vocational school requires the head teachers to have rich professional theories,professional skills,professional attitude and professional ethics,so as to improve the class management level of the head teachers.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 68 head teachers,and interviewed some managers,teachers and students to form a survey report,so as to fully understand the status quo of the construction of head teacher team in secondary vocational schools.According to the relevant research results and data,this paper points out the shortcomings of the construction of head teacher team in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward some strategies to promote the construction of head teacher team in secondary vocational schools.
