It takes ten years to grow trees but a hundred to rear people.It's very difficult and hard for teachers to train students for profession.Spring breeze turns rain and moistens things silently,which is also an eulogizing and praising to the class adviser for his hard work and silent efforts.The head teacher has a long way to go and is full of professionalism,practicality and artistry.So for those working people who lack the background of normal education,it is undoubtedly even more difficult for them to get up and down.On the one hand,they should seriously study their own professional courses and consider how to be a qualified teacher.On the other hand,they also have to shoulder the work of a head teacher and study how to be a qualified class adviser.Countless such teachers will sigh with emotion: " It is more difficult to be a teacher,more difficult to be a class adviser,and more difficult to be a teacher in charge of secondary vocational schools."This paper mainly uses the research method of educational narrative,taking a new head teacher in a secondary vocational school as the research object,collecting a large number of original materials through side observation,in-depth interviews and physical collection to form a live text.On this basis,according to the purpose and idea of this paper,the growth background(including family background,educational background and work background)of the teacher before his first started to class adviser is outlined as completely as possible,and the real educational situation and story of the teacher when he first started to class adviser are described in the form of a story,showing the process from strangeness to maturity in an all-round and clear way.This research,through combing and thinking about the professional growth experience of the first-time head teacher,found that the important factors hindering the professional growth of the first-time head teacher are: first,the awkward career choice and lack of understanding and confidence in the work of the head teacher;The second is the tense relationship between teachers and students,which makes it difficult to develop itself.Third,the " desert" discipline in the school workplace lacks enough attention to the professional development of the head teacher.Combined with the theory of the head teacher in secondary vocational schools,the author puts forward the following suggestions to promote the professional growth of the first head teacher: As a professional teacher with non-normal background,it is necessary to learn the relevant theories of the head teacher,clarify the duties and work contents of the head teacher,enhance his professional self-confidence,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the professional growth of his head teacher.Secondly,we should have an in-depth understanding of our educational objects,cultivate a good teacher-student relationship,and create a good development atmosphere for the professional growth of our head teachers.The school should strengthen its support and attention to this fresh blood,provide corresponding training courses and exercise platforms,and provide important assistance for the professional growth of the head teacher.Through this study,I hope to be able to provide some reference and reference for the professional growth of the first-time teachers in other secondary vocational schools,help more first-time teachers to get through the initial confusion,rationally understand the difficulties and setbacks encountered in the initial growth process,and enable the first-time teachers in secondary vocational schools to quickly embark on the fast track of professional growth and realize a new leap.
