Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Participation In Basketball Of Female Teaching Oriented University Students In Fujian Province

Teaching category should be the mother machine for the whole education.The female group in normal universities would be the main source for being teachers in the future.For whom the healthy,energetic and active figure will do much good for cultivate sunny primary and middle school students subsequently.Basketball surely should be one attractive group program and most effective educational way in primary school.It has even more higher comprehensive requirements for players in strength,skills and cooperation.Playing Basketball for teachers university female is concerned with constructing future female teachers temperament and personal charming,furthermore,serve for historic mission of fostering talents with morality,intelligence,health,anesthetic and laboring in the future.In order to clarify the current situation and influencing factors of participation in basketball of female teaching-oriented university students in Fujian Province,and promote their participation,in this thesis,by questionnaire,interview and mathematic statistics,with the female teaching-oriented students in four universities in Fujian Province as the subjects,the current situation and influencing factors of direct and indirect participation in basketball of female teaching-oriented university students in Fujian Province are surveyed and analyzed.The result shows:1.The number of the subjects who take part in basketball directly is significantly smaller than that of the subjects who take part in basketball indirectly.2.Although normal universities in Fujian Province have provided female students with "three-autonomy" basketball courses,basketball teachers are too much loaded,and their commitment into teaching is not adequate,and the content,means,and methods of traditional teaching can not activate interest and initiative of learning form female students.3.Few female teaching-oriented university students in Fujian Province take part in basketball after class,and the participation has the following characteristics:(1)Main motivations of participation are entertainment,pursuing good physique and improving health,and reducing weight,which shows that purpose of female students' participation in basketball is pluralized instead of single.(2)Main forms of participation are "acting alone",and "acting with schoolmates and friends".(3)Main form of participation is"practicing basic basketball skills".(4)Frequency of participation is 1 or 2 times a week,and time duration is,most often,less than 30 minutes,and time chosen is not regular.(5)Intensity of female students' participation is either intermediate or low.4.Awareness and understanding of female students' participation in basketball activities after class and the development of basketball communities of the leaders of normal universities and sports managements is not adequate,and they pay less attention to organizing match for female students and constructing female basketball teams than needed,which to a great extend discourages the female students' initiative to participate in basketball activities.5.Female teaching-oriented university students in Fujian Province have relatively big interest in watching basketball matches,which are,nevertheless,only the ones in campus.The form of watching basketball match presents the homogeneousness.The consumption in basketball is relatively low.6.Through factor analysis,the factors which influence the participation of female teaching-oriented university students in Fujian Province are analyzed,and 20 influencing factors are attributed into five categories:factors of female students themselves,factors of court and facilities,factors of basketball teaching,factors of culture,factors of leader's emphasis,which in all consist of the influencing factors system of female students'participation in basketball.In short,for female teaching-oriented students growing up,the basketball playing has its reasonable existence in school.
