| Since the 1990s,under the situation of the globalization of the world economy,the knowledge economy has just emerged,and the internationalization of higher education in China has gradually deepened.The competition of universities and colleges for various high-quality educational resources has become fierce.The internationalization of universities and secondary colleges has become the trend of higher education in the world.As a secondary college affiliated to China’s world-class university,Y College has also devoted to the international development,but the challenges and internal problems in the process of internationalization are obvious.Based on the literature of experts and scholars at home and abroad and theoretical research of the internationalization development strategy of higher education,this paper attempts to analyze the status quo of Y College,and formulate a reasonable strategic plan by solving the problems in the process of internationalization development.Through Porter’s Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis,Y College can find their own advantages and disadvantages and core competitiveness,and develop reasonable strategic goals for Y College.In order to promote the leap-forward development of Y College,it can take several steps such as strengthening the training of international talent,strengthening the construction and management of international faculty,optimizing the strategic layout of international cooperation and developing international student education Vigorously.At the same time,Y College will strive to rationalize the cooperative school-running system and improve the internationalization awareness of all teachers on the basis of improving the management system of international education and improving the software and hardware facilities,providing a strong guarantee for the international development of Y College.I hope this paper can provide reference for the international development of the same type of secondary college. |
