Research On The Vocational Skills Training Of Migrant Workers In X City

With the transformation of the mode of economic development in China,especially the transformation of the economic development mode,the industrial structure is upgraded and adjusted,and more and more labor force is facing unemployment and re choosing.As a relatively weak part of the labor force,the migrant workers have become the problem of structural unemployment.How to do a good job of transferring employment to migrant workers has become a central task that local governments at all levels must face.It is an important factor or problem that affects and obstruct the employment of the migrant workers,which is the mismatch between the professional skill level of the labor force and the requirements of the job skills of the enterprise.That is,under the background of the upgrading and adjustment of the industrial structure,the professional skills of the workers in the city need to be improved urgently and through the specialized professional skills.Training can improve the vocational skills of migrant workers and become a fundamental problem to alleviate and solve the structural unemployment of migrant workers.The key to transfer employment to migrant workers is the key.This paper takes X city as an example to conduct in-depth and detailed research on how to develop vocational skills training for migrant workers.First of all,we should fully understand the current status of the research on the development of vocational skill training for migrant workers at home and abroad,and clarify the basic ideas of the job skills training for migrant workers,especially the factors affecting the employment of migrant workers,the relationship between vocational skills training and the transfer of employment between the two,and so on.In order to find out the existing problems in the vocational skills training of the migrant workers from the government,enterprises,training institutions and migrant workers from the four angles of the government,enterprises,training institutions and migrant workers,the problems in the vocational skill training of the workers in the city of the city of X are discussed.The problems existing in training are put forward,and countermeasures and suggestions for improvement are put forward.Through this study,the relevant departments of the vocational skills training in X city can better understand the current status and existing problems of the job skills training in X City,analyze the reasons for the existing problems,and help improve and develop the job skills training work of the workers in the city of X.
