Four-in-one Grid-based Moral Education Management Research

With the development of economy,the society is constantly changing,which leads to great changes in peopleundefineds values and challenges to the management of moral education.Especially under the background of examination-oriented education,all sectors of society attach much less importance to moral education than intellectual education,coupled with the emergence of criminal cases of high IQ students in society,all of which put forward new requirements for school moral education management.Taking Tangtou Street Central Primary School in Linyi City as an example,with the help of questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,the author collects and arranges the information resources,and finds out the problems existing in the moral education management of the school,such as the low quality of teachers.The target means of moral education management in schools are unreasonable,the implementation of moral education is too single machinery,lack of social practice,less cooperation and communication with parents,rarely with the help of social forces to carry out management,studentsundefined enthusiasm to participate in moral education management has not been mobilized,and so on.The causes of these problems are analyzed.There are many reasons for these problems,mainly from four aspects: school,family,society and students.For example,the school does not pay enough attention to moral education,the school has a single way of evaluating moral education,and the participation of teachers is not high.Studentsundefined initiative and enthusiasm have not been mobilized,parentsundefined understanding of school moral education is not enough,and all walks of life can not participate actively.According to these problems,after consulting the data,we should give full play to the leading role of the school,optimize the objectives and means of moral education management,strengthen the evaluation of moral education,and mobilize students and families.The enthusiasm of society and so on put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
